Adriana was brilliant & very knowledgeable! She went above and beyond to secure the best deal for us accommodating our needs. She communicated clearly during every step of the process on what to expect. As complex as mortgage applications can be, it was a smooth sailing process with her in the middle. She made herself available in-person during the closing process with the builder and was very thoughtful to send us a bunch of goodies after we closed. We really appreciated that.I will be reaching out to her in the future for any sort of mortgage needs & will be referring people her way that are shopping for a house in the market.

She was personable and easy to communicate with, ensuring we understood everything that was presented to us through the entire process. During a time when mortgage interest rates are on the rise, Adriana was diligent on watching the market and ensuring we were able to get the best deal that made financial sense.Adriana and her team made the whole financing portion of the home buying process an incredibly easy and straightforward one. As we were not familiar with the VA Home Loan process, Adriana was experienced with all the ins/outs and we were ready to close ahead of schedule and just had to wait on the sellers. Originally I was hesitant because of a previous bad experience but Adriana Pedraza was so patient with me. I was assertive, direct and It did not make her feel anyway. She knew I had a story and wanted to make my dream of giving my mom a home to live in before she passes come true. She knew how important it was to me and my husband because my mom lives with us and has been through so much. She did everything to help us put us inOur dream home. She always said trust the process and we did. I will never forget what she has done for me and my family. If your looking for a place to feel welcomed and really listen to your needs you should really check them out. Everyone I came in contact with was so kind. We will always be eternally grateful for what you guys have done. For me this is just the beginning to making people know about you guys.
