I am so glad we decided to use NextMortgage LLC as our lender for the purchase of our first home. They were always communicative and diligent in ensuring requests were met and facilitated an earlier closing for us due to a upcoming vacation. Richard is amazing! How many mortgage brokers will show up at closing? Well he did. Every question answered, every fear addressed, and every hiccup smoothed. Any questions I had were answered to the best of their abilities and they kept me updated through the entire process. As it was my first time buying a home at 22 I clearly had no idea what I was doing but they were very patient and helpful I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help me out! Don’t forget about Jessica either she sent me email updated every Thursday or Friday and would call me to make sure everything was running smoothly and to let me know they were there if I needed anything thank you all!
