They are the best. We have needed a pre-approval twice in different moments, and both times we were pre-approved for more than what we needed. This time they were able to pre-approve us to buy a new construction home, 3B/2B close to the Woodlands, in Texas. Seriously, the process was so easy and smooth. All I had to do was fill out a form and upload some documents to their website. I dont even know why we postponed buying a House for so long. I have no doubt the entire mortgage process will be this smooth with them. Im dreaming of my house already! So excited...
