Working with Brian Pollard to land our new home made a stressful experience stress-free. He knows the area, the business, and knew what we wanted. He and his team worked assiduously with our realtor to make sure we were able to get what we wanted. The appraisal of the house we ending up buying came in lower than the asking price, which could cause some apprehension on the sellers part. After many years of dreaming of home ownership, Brian Pollard saw possibility when other lenders had said it was impossible. Brian walked us through the entire process: starting with steps my husband and I would need to take to get pre-approved all the way to making an offer and then closing. He is knowledgeable, kind, gracious, and steadfast. He even worked the impossible to make sure we closed on time! I am so grateful for Brian and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!
