Philip stayed on top of everything and made it as smooth of a process as possible. He was incredibly patient when I had questions or concerns and would talk to me for hours so I was involved and aware every step of the way. I would highly recommend him to anyone else, especially first-time home buyers.

Philip has been awesome to work with. As foreigners/Danes, we got grumpy with the ways of our overzealous first agent. On short notice, Philip jumped in and sorted out the loan. Later, about 2 years ago, he was quick to lock in rates when we refinanced. Philip has thus been key to our successful landing in Houston and he saved us lots of money in connection with the refinancing.

I closed on time and was able to enjoy the new home experience without worrying about the financial part. I would use Phil and America’s Choice again and highly recommend them.
