I originally moved from another state and while I was in the other state New Homes Programs kept me informed, made sure I understood everything in the builders contract, found a lender with low interest which was a huge plus because interest rates have increased significantly. Upon my arrival in Texas, New Homes was welcoming, and continued to make sure all my home buying needs were met all the way through closing. New Homes Program came with me for the final walkthrough and came with me to closing. This program was such an eye opener and I am so glad that I decided to take that first step to attend the seminar. My husband and I have been thinking about buying our first home for a while, but we have been hesitant and stressed that it may not be possible due to our past and since we had no idea where to start or what we should even be doing . Cory did an amazing job breaking down everything that is needed to start looking for a home, credit and financial wise and discussed step by step . I honestly do not think five stars is enough to give everyone involved in my real estate transaction. Fifty stars would come closer to accuracy. I was referred to Milly and New Home Programs from a friend who used her previously in 2014 to purchase a home. (The same friend has also referred Milly to every single coworker I have who has bought a home in the last 8 years as well. Not a single one of us has been disappointed.) Having been on the other side of real estate transactions (creating all of the documents, assisting with closings, calming nerves), I have to say it has been the smoothest transaction involving a lender I have ever seen in 14 years at least from the Buyer’s side. While it took some time to locate the home (because I am picky), from contract to close everyone hustled. That is not to say my transaction didn’t have some moments, but those moments were easily taken care of because of the knowledge Milly and her crew have. She and her crew can and will answer every question you have or they know how to find out the answer. I can promise you that knowledge is top notch. Plus, she is constantly educating herself and staying up to date on all things both real estate and mortgage wise. I love how she presents what products she can offer. Things are in a clear and easy way of understanding. Every question was welcomed. But even more so, I loved how even if I did not choose her products, she was not trying to push sales tactics to get me to buy them. (Though I will say for the majority of things and the big ticket items, I did use Milly!) You are not going to find better communication for your transaction anywhere. Milly and Cory have dedicated their lives to making sure others can achieve their dream of home ownership. Listen to their story. It is remarkable.P.S. Cory--- please take Milly to the Ritz.

Hands down, Syreeta is the greatest. I previously worked with 2 other real estate agents on other transactions, and Sy exceeded their performance and my expectations by far. I wish I had known her when I first moved to Houston.Sy made the entire process a breeze and the way she represented me made me feel very special.One of the things I really admire about Sy is her professional ethics. As a former paralegal, I was very impressed. I appreciate the showings, calls, ect as I was an out if state buyer relocating from NJ to TX. I was in search of a multi-unit property with a VA Loan product which presented challenges in a Sellers market. The team manage to negotiate a reduced purchase price, sellers concession in closing costs, and other incentives. I highly recommend this Veteran owned company.
