Today, I visited Navy Federal with my 20-year-old daughter to inquire about receiving funds from overseas, improving her credit score, and finding a credit card suitable for her situation.The service provided by the woman who assisted us was truly exceptional. I have been a member of Navy Federal for over 10 years, and her assistance was by far the best experience I have had.Her approach put us at ease from the very beginning, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. She treated us with the utmost respect while maintaining a friendly demeanor. No matter what questions we asked, she responded without judgment, and her answers were intelligent, clear, precise, and insightful. She not only provided the necessary information but also shared additional details that highlighted the benefits of banking with Navy Federal.As my daughter and sons are preparing to enter the workforce and live independently, we had been considering exploring other banking options. However, after this experience, we have decided to continue using Navy Federal as our primary bank.We were fortunate to have been assisted by Miss Chante, and I am sincerely grateful for her outstanding service.I truly hope she will be available to assist us again in the future.

Was greeted when I walked in and quickly checked in. The service rep that took care of me was very professional, courteous, and prompt. I dont see the issues that people have with this bank. But everyone that I talked to displayed a positive attitude and was willing to assist with any issues. I recently became a member of Navy Fed and I will continue to use their services.

Anytime I ever go in there, my problem is quickly addressed by a banker and it is quick and easy to fix my problems whether with my login on my app, taking cash out, learning financial literacy and its quick and easy to make a bank account or savings account of any kind. The customer service is always nice 🙂

I guess Ive been lucky in my experiences here. That or at least some of the negative reviews are fake. Ive been here a number of times; one was, of course, setting up an account, one was looking to different services they offered, one was getting a car loan, and the various times I needed to deposit or withdraw money.I really havent had an issue here. Not with depositing money, not with checking or stopping transactions, not with loans, nothing. At one point I came in with cash Id been storing away in an effort to save. After talking with the front desk and one of the bank tellers, I walked away with a newly opened CD.The people Ive worked with, at the front desk and the tellers, were all polite, quick and informative. Ive been very happy with Navy Federal, especially with this car loan. Getting a loan with them was not difficult in any way. I got one car loan in 2018 with 4.5% interest and now that loan is paid off. Now I have a new car loan with them for 2.94% interest and thats without having a perfect credit score. When they told me the interest rate for the new car, I double-checked because I thought I heard them wrong. Needless to say, I was excited and now have a 22 SUV.Im really super happy with them; they really always seem to be so helpful and supportive. Their interests rates are insanely good for a car loan (in my experience, at least), and I just... Im super happy with them. Thats been my experience with them from day one.So thank you all. I really do appreciate you folks.

I moved and came back 2 years later and they are still great! Ms. Crystal D. Provided my family and I some wonderful notary services. She dealt with us being all over the place AND in a second language. Thank you for your patience! The front desk was also great. The lady there got us everything we needed to prepare our forms. Thank you Navy Federal for always giving us the best Customer service!

Just a breath and fresh air compared to those nonsmiler at First National branches they are racist at times especially in Harker Heights in HEB.they are just unhappy and wear their panties or thongs too tight 😜
