I had to get some paperwork notarized and I decided to also open a savings account and I was able to do both so effortlessly. I was greeted when I walked in by everyone and mind you I was looking horrible (I work night shift) so I was looking a whole mess walking but that didn’t change how they treated me at all. The woman who helped me answered all my questions and concerns I had. Chase could never. I can’t wait to fully change my bank from chase to navy fed. Not sure why the reviews are so low I had a great experience here.

I was greeted up front by one of the ladies , who was very polite and professional. Then another lady , who offered me a donut with a smile. They were very helpful and kind.The customer service provided by these ladies goes beyond 5 stars and I look forward to a long NFCU relationship.

Every time I go in there I feel welcome. All my encounters have been pleasant. There a very informative and nice lady that works there I don’t remember her name, but she’s a short Hispanic lady with glasses. She would see me from a distance and always ask how’s business. I remember speaking to her in the past about me struggling to get my business finances in order. And she never forgot me from that one conversation. Thank you Navy Federal. And yes, my business finances has improved. ☺️

Navy Federal Credit Union, of course you already know is a great financial institution. Kiya was the one who assisted my. I hope I spelled her name right. The service was quick and she pleasantly guided me through my transaction.

This Financial Institution is AMAZING! My fiancé and I used to back with First National and I have no idea why we weren’t with Navy Fed before. We closed all our First National accounts and moved our money here. The people at this branch are always so informative and helpful every time we go in. Their rates are fantastic and they take great care of their members. We love it here.

Its a nice credit union for military and their families. They have their own internal credit score, that can favor you if you keep it right.

Read a few bad reviews before I went in, but I didnt have any problems today. The lady at the front desk was friendly. Gabby worked with me ( she is the first on the right ) I had gotten noticeably irritated, not at them ( was my personal problem) and she was patient with me and was straight to the point and answered my questions. Told me I could call back later and check the status , but she called me and gave me the info ( could have just waited for me to call later but instead let me know as soon as she knew) Ive never had any problem going in to or calling any NF

I established an account at this NFCU location in 2015 and have always received great service.It’s to the point that some of the employees who have been there since I’ve opened an account greet me by name when I walk in.There has only been one time they requested me to visit another location and that was to ensure the establishment of an IRA account for a relative was handled correctly since their employee who normally handle IRA was off and other employees were in training to provide that service.
