My service rep told me Navy Federal Credit Union offers members benefits with Liberty Mutual Insurance office located in Arlington, TX. I am glad I was able to save a lot of money on my car insurance because of Navy Federal Credit Union and Liberty Mutual Office in Arlington TX.

Small, but extremely friendly branch bank. The ATM outside actually works, and everyone there was honestly interested in making sure I was taken care of. It is a longer drive for me, but I absolutely prefer this location to other Nevy Federal Credit Union locations.

Great customer service as always. Ive been a Navy Federal member for 24 years and Im so happy this branch finally opened. A brand new facility that is clean and the employees are always very friendly and helpful. Im at this branch every two weeks and Im very pleased with the helpful staff and speed of service of the loan officers and tellers.

My experience was quite different than the person that did not have anyone to assist. When I walked in, the person greeted me and asked how they could help. I explained I had questions. She asked that I take a seat and someone would be with me. Before I could sit down, a lady called our name. Not only did she help, she went beyond the call of duty. She discovered we were at the wrong location and looked up the information for the correct location (which she did not have to do). She was very friendly.

Amazing fast quick service. Everyone was so friendly and I was so surprised they had a notary available on Saturday but they did. So glad I bank here when all other banks are going downhill!!!

The bank hasnt opened yet but the ATMs do work already. Cant wait to have this one fully open since is so much closer to my home
