    I love Navy Fed! I’ve never had a problem with anything. When my husband died my father told me to take everything out of his bank account and I did without question. Turns out, you’re not supposed to do that. Thanks Dad! Anyways Navy Fed caught the error and I was newly widowed and $3,000 in the hole but they loaned me the money for 2 years basically interest free. There’s been about 3 other crazy situations they helped me with in the 15 years I’ve been a member. I never had a problem at any branch. I love this bank.

    Extremely helpful staff, made it 5 minutes before close due to school and rush hour traffic, barely making it on time. Staff helped me immediately and were quick and efficient. Extremely grateful for all your help!

    So the Navy Federal app lists this location as a branch, ignore the photos showing the wrong part of the building as NFCU, just look for the NFCU ATM. Can also use street view to get a better orientation of where the entrance is.

    Just so that people know, there is a working bank on Austin hwy it is not for lease, just the idiotic tendencys of people who cant stand to follow directions the sighn on the side of the building indicates what stores are available at the location had they walked not 20 steps to there side they would have realized there mistake the bank is great the people are nice customer service is excellent they just remodeled a while back I encourage you to check it out

    I use my account to pay certain things and the ATM atemy cash without depositing into my account; and I needed that cash in my acct that day! Thankfully I didnt have to wait long to get assistance from member services and the manager spoke to me herself and assured me that she will make sure that my cash goes into my account that day after the tech comes and if theres any issues she will def call me. They kept their promise and made sure I had my cash in my acct. Excellent, excellent!

    Loved how close this location was to my home. I was just here Monday morning 7/3/23 and came by today 7/8/23 for an ATM deposit and the branch is now closed. My feelings are hurt.

    Had a great reunion with Navy after I was a victim of indemnity theft more then4 years ago. They worked with me to reestablish my accounts and updated my cards. The employees were all ready and assisted me as I am a senior with disabilities. As a retired Federal employee I appreciate the service they are providing.

    Super helpful and there was no wait. I had the odd request of making a withdrawal in quarters (put off a lot of laundry and needed to catch up) and I was nervous to ask. The gentleman who helped me didnt laugh at my request and promptly helped me get those quarters. Great location :)

    I had fraudulent charges on my account Navy federal credit union assistant was great told me to come to the nearest bank that they would get me set up with a new card it took less then 20 minutes great experience every time I go regardless of city or state Ive been a member since 1988 or 89

    I go to the location on Austin Highway in San Antonio. Theyre always very friendly and helpful. The wedding time is usually very short. Its a convenient location, easy to get in and out of. Its a little bit hard to see from the street.

    One of the smaller NFCU locations Ive ever visited, so they dont have a full range of services past deposits, loan apps, etc. Just thankful for a convenient location to deposit checks. Everyone here is SUPER friendly.
