    I actually needed to go inside to do my banking today and the service was wonderful! Everyone was kind and I was honestly SHOCKED at how quickly we were taken care of. We worked with Jaxson and he was wonderful, was very efficient when explaining things to me and just an all around pleasure to work with.I took one star off because there is no longer a full service drive thru. Also the ATM they placed in the drive thru doesn’t take deposits (at least it hasn’t when I tried). If I’m going to do an ATM deposit, it has to be from the safety of my vehicle.

    Although Im not a member anymore, I truly and highly recommend NFCU for your banking endeavors. They have shown great customer service skills and take good care of their members. Whatever you do,do not lose your account with them,its very hard to get back in even if you were a prior member.

    I had to handle a few things and thought this location would be perfect and I was right!! The personal banker was amazing and I truly enjoyed my banking experience. It only took me one time to explain what I needed and she went above and beyond.I am definitely thinking about making this my preferred banking location.Whoop! Whoop!

    I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Navy Federal branch in Humble, TX! The ladies that work here provide impeccable service EVERY single time. They are so helpful, informative, and the customer care is always ON POINT!I literally recommend people bank at Navy Fed almost every day. Great rates and locations throughout the states! You just cant go wrong with Navy Fed.I have my business accounts, personal accounts, auto, travel trailer and soon to purchase a home through them too.I cant say enough great things about Navy Fed in Humble.Thanks Lovelies!!!!! Keep up the great work 👍

    We have our business as well as personal accounts with Navy Federal... you should come here prepared to wait which is a downfall however, the upside is when its your turn they dont rush you and thats a HUGE plus... I always leave with a smile and confident in what I learned or took care of.Its hard to find employees right now so, Im sure that plays a part in the length of time we have to wait, Im thankful they arent putting just anybody over my money!

    My overall experience has been great. However, teller 54314 is horrible. EVERY other teller I have done banking with, has been professional and friendly. This lady however, seems to be in a miserable state. No professionalism whatsoever & definitely not friendly. After I made my deposit at the drive thru, she sent my card & receipt but never came back to the window to say anything or to see if I needed anything else

    Overall a good branch for NFCU. Sometimes the long lines to go through drive through and the clear frustration from the tellers is reflected by the way they act when it is your turn. I understand but you still need to be professional with each individual.
