Been with them since 1989. They have never disappointed me. Can always get a real life person 24/7. If I ever have to go into the bank, Everyone at NFCU is always courteous and helpful. If I happen to have a physical check, I use their services online for E-Deposit. Great Credit Union.

Ive had no problems banking with them. I always use the drive thru, and they are all so very professional and pleasant. Any questions Ive ever had they have helped me with. Wish they had more banks, which is my only problem.

I have been banking with them since 2018. They were the only ones who would give me a loan to start my business. My credit score was 740 and I was making 80k a year and had been a customer with Wells Fargo for 8 years at the time and they wouldn’t give me a loan to save my life. Now that I’ve got my business running they are my primary account. I only have one complaint, sometimes they would take the money for the loan from my account days before the due date and sometimes I’d pay on the due date (on a business day) and they’d take the money out again the next day because it hadn’t registered in their system yet. Other than that it’s only been pleasant experiences and customer service are always really helpful and friendly.If they can have a system that updated in a more timely manner then I’d rate 5 stars.

My husband had been a customer of Bank of America for 9 years in 2020, and for 5 years (starting 2014 when we married) I was a customer. We hated Bank of America for the duration we were with them. We had numerous bad experiences with them and were constantly getting charged ridiculous banking fees. In October 2020 we made the decision to cut ties with them and start banking with Navy Federal because we had heard lots of great things about them and my dad is a Navy Veteran and suggested it to us. This past year has been a great banking with them and they will have our business for the rest of our lives. The customer service over the phone, online, and the Corpus Christi branch has been phenomenal! We never have problems banking with them, we are never charged ridiculous banking fees like boa did, and they care about their customer like family. Today I went into the branch and missed them closing by two minutes. I explained I lived out of town and rushed here right after work and barely missed them. They with no hesitation helped me just replace my missing debit card with no hassles and delivered prompt excellent customer service. I recommend this credit union to any veterans or veteran family members to bank with Navy Federal because they are nation wide and always treat their customers very well!

I hate going inside this bank because all of the tellers are so rude except for susan. the tellers will literally finish up their gossiping before even thinking of helping another customer and when they finally roll their eyes and call you up, you can 100% tell they hate their job and give such judging looks to everyone in line behind you, it’s disgusting. i barely ever go inside for that reason and it really sucks because a lot of the times the atms are down and this is the only location in CC. but there’s one person that really goes above and beyond, her name is susan! i’ve only had a few short conversations with her and she always remembers my name and always tells me hi/bye by my first name even when she doesn’t help me. I’m always irritated going into this bank because i KNOW i’m going to get horrible customer service, but when susan is there, her bright smile and wonderful service really makes my day. This bank is good for building credit, but other than that, go to navy army for everything else

They pay close attention to detail and follow the rules/guidelines exactly how they are suppose to. Everyone I have come into contact with there has went above and beyond. The best credit union/ bank hands down!!

I have love banking with NFCU since I joined the Navy in 2002. They have been there when I needed a loan for personal and my business without problems that other Banks give you. I recommend them over all banks.
