    I visited last week to submit a new member form. The young lady that greeted me at the front door was so nice! I also appreciate the signs for social distancing and for mask requirements because of covid. They also have hand sanitizing stations and the glass screens up. Looking forward to this new relationship with NFCU!

    Been w them for atleast 10yrs thanks to my lil brother retiring as a chief. The staff here are much nicer than the meyerland location and notarized documents are free. Thank you kindly!

    Ive only been in the branch a few times, but every time, each employee has been wonderful! I also have to say in general the customer service you receive from NFCU is AMAZING!!! Phone, email, chat, in person, it is ALWAYS great! Its like taking to a friend or someone that genuinely wants to help you instead of a customer service agent that really doesnt care what happens!. Im so glad I switched to NFCU! I just wish we had a couple more branches in the area.

    I have been a member since 1991. I highly recommend joining if you have the capability. Play about numerous cars and houses utilizing them for loans and Ive always had a great experience with this Credit Union. They have made, along with my help, my credit outstanding. This current location is very nice in the staff are friendly and helpful.

    I left today with a new, more suitable car note with a way better interest rate and a more suitable APR rating on my credit card. I am more than satisfied. Ashley Boddie was so helpful, kind, and informative. She is the standard of what I would like to encounter every time I go inside a Navy Federal Credit Union branch.     Yes! Super happy my bank is close by now!! I got super excited when i entered this branch and immediately felt the warm and welcoming environment. I was so done driving hours to the nearest NFCU when i needed to lol!
