What phenomenal Customer Service me and my aunt had with Miss Anakeisha, who was so patient and very informative during the entire process. My aunt adored her ability to work efficiently and get her settled with her new account, deposits and all else and even mentioned on the ride home that if I were to get an account, she wants me to get it with NFCU and definitely with Miss Anakeisha. Wonderful -

Great location!!!! Well lite area on inside when needed to use the ATM... a bit more lighten could be used on the outside of the facility. Easy to use machines. Only update approach I think they should take for the ATM is when making change for the customer, give an option for less bills by adding $100 to the function. Easier to conceal from those unsavory scoundrels looking to steal, especially late at night or early in the morning. -

First time at this location.The staff is so welcoming and helpful. Went there with our daughter so she could help us . The two ladies that assisted us were awesome. We got our new cards and helped set up survivorship. With handling 3 cards and all the paperwork, could not have asked for better service. Made us feel like family. I highly recommend going to this brand new locationI wish I could remember the names. I do want to also Thank Jorge the young man who greeted us. Very professional and made us feel at ease, unlike other financial institutions. -

My daughter went to the Mesquite location today to open an account and the representative Whittney did a magnificent job 👏 at advising and education her what Navy offers with her being a college student. Yessssssss all the Navy Federal employees are amazing, but Annie definitely stands for A-MAzing! Since this location opened she has made every visit a delightful one. Even if shes not my teller she still manages to say hello to myself & other members by name as we conduct business. Her customer service speaks volumes of how great member services can be. -

I tried going to my own Bank first (Chase) to have a document notarized. The lady had an appointment coming in and wouldn’t be able to help for an hour and a half. They sent me to UPS, they don’t have a notary on staff. So I stopped at Navy Federal Credit Union even though I don’t have an account there and they were friendly and willing to help right away.Thank you! -

Been with NFCU since USN retirement in 1996, but still can’t get clear info on new car loans. Does one apply for the loan, then find the vehicle, or find the vehicle then apply for the loan (seems most likely) only to find the car is already gone? Also, loan minimum shows $XXX, but examples right below it show different. Dazed and confused. -
