I don’t understand all the bad reviews. I had a great experience at this location. I was greeted warmly as I entered and everyone was very kind and professional. Patrick was absolutely amazing and helped me with a cashiers check. He knew exactly what I needed for my purchase and took the extra time to ensure everything was setup exactly as I needed it! I truly appreciate his diligence and desire to ensure I was taken care of as one of their members. He’s an asset to that team and I hope management recognizes that! He made my experience there a five star experience and the reason I took the time to leave a review.

I did open an account. People work there very politely with a smile on their face. I was comfortable there. I was about to move all my bank accounts from the bank of America. Hopefully soon one day will do!

The representatives were very welcoming and friendly, as soon as you come in you’re greeted with a smile a a good morning. I love that they even take the time to ask how are we doing. They interacted with my little one and even gave her a piggy bank. I am happy that She is a very happy child this morning thanks to you guys. ❤️

I have always been pleased with the employees at this facility. Theyre always so friendly & professional.On 26 June, I was very impressed with the service I received from Ms. Ginger. She was extremely patient with my many questions & above all, sympathetic with my issues.I’m not computer savvy & took so much of her time attempting to change the password & UID on my account. She just smiled & carefully explained each necessary step to accomplish this task. She also assisted with providing additional security on my phone.Wow…now that’s customer service at its best! I left that facility feeling cared for & valued. Thank you so much. Ginger is definitely a major asset to the NFCU team!

The customer service rep was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining the process to my daughter. She also called the fraud team to clarify information. She gave us exceptional service. They were also quick to help us. Again, thanks to Brande and other staff for outstanding support.—UPDATE: Customer Support was great however the unrecognized charges are still showing up in our account.

Updated to 4 stars as Ive been here a couple of times since this below review happened. In those visits, the bank wasnt being anti-consumer at the entrance.This location is nice, clean, and seemed efficient for how long I waited in line. The teller we arrived at was nice as all of them seemed to be smiling while helping customers. The missing stars are more akin to arriving, advising the front desk lady our purpose for being there, but then being bombarded by a million ways to accomplish what we came to do by not entering the bank. Why even have an open lobby if that is your attitude about it? I know all those other options exist but I choose to come into my bank that I havent been to for over a year. My impression of this lady was that she was super concerned about covid which is fine, but the more she talked the more I felt it was possibly spreading germs around the bank. Luckily she has a mask on, I suppose.

Customer service at its finest!! The building, including restrooms, very clean and adequately furnished. We were pleasantly greeted by a staff member as soon as we walked in the door. We had the great pleasure of being served by Dominic, who was awesome, helpful and very knowledgeable.

I feel welcomed! I always see that Navy Federal Credit Union employees are very helpful and ready to answer all my questions and process my transactions. They also direct me in right direction if we need help with special types of financial products, insurances for life, home, auto, etc. Thanks NFCU!! Their customer service is exceptional at this branch!!! Yes Covid-19 does slow things down a bit, but that is everywhere! My identity was stolen and NFCU went above and beyond to help me. I have been a member for over 20 years and they have done an excellent job no matter where we were stationed.

Ive been a Navy Fed customer for over twenty years. It pains me to see bad reviews left here by people who are upset that hours have changed due to an INTERNATIONAL VIRUS that has killed hundreds of thousands. Of course things are different here. Theyre different EVERYWHERE you go.I dont like waiting in drive-thru lines either, but if we are all safe because we do so, then thank you NFCU for helping us stay safe!

Stood in line for something I needed, the line moved a little slow because of a member who needed assistance but the receptionist couldn’t just ask the correct question to get them straight to the point so I was there longer than I needed to be. Other than that it was friendly, I’ll be returning to this branch often for my financial needs.

Everyone is extremely helpful and ready to assist. It has an open floor plan but still offers enough privacy when you sit with a representative. The Drive Thru makes conducting business a lot smoother if you are doing something simple. I would recommend this location, as well as Navy Federal to anyone.
