Hes knowledgeable, quick to respond to your questions, and gets everything done on schedule and on budget. There were no surprises. Ive worked with Oscar Marrufo twice; once in 2012 (residential refinance) and again in 2022 (residential cash-out refinance). Both times, I got estimates from at least 5 different Mortgage Brokers. Both times, Oscar Marrufo had the lowest costs and gave me great service. Ive recommended Oscar to many people.
