I cant express how happy I was to find Motto mortgage. Tim and Shannon service is absolutely amazing!! My loan was being services by another lender at first but after a brief phone conversation with Tim, he was able to shave off 1.3% off my interest rate AND save me a couple thousand dollars on the front end. I felt so comfortable with Motto, I fired my previous loan officer and went with Tim at MOTTO Mortgage with only 19 days left until closing!!!
