Being a first time buyer, Tatiana was the perfect person to work with. She was patient, listened to what I wanted, and explained the process to get there step-by-step.I was actually Pre-approved by another big bank (whose name you would know) before speaking with her. I had every intention on going with them because of their name. My realtor referred me to Tatiana, and she got me fully approved with down payment assistance before I ever heard back from the bank I planned on using! Tatiana is that deal!!!
