Having worked in mortgage for some time, I can say the whole process throughout was excellent. Michael was up front about different scenarios based off rates and kept me notified of market movements consistently. The fees associated with the loan were on par for just about anywhere else I have seen and worked at. Shea was professional and quick on the ball with getting things submitted to underwriting and keeping us notified on how the loan processing is going. We probably would have passed on getting the house we are getting with the different rates we were getting from other lenders, and Michael and his team had the lowest I had seen in some time (keep in mind, yes we did pay discount points, however just about any other lender had us paying discount points for the higher rates as well). We got to closing as soon as we could and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Michael and Shea. Great job all around and will definitely be a return customer when time comes. I recently completed a cash out refinance with the Greco Mortgage Team. They were terrific from start to finish. They were fast, efficient and friendly. They found me a rate for almost no points at all vs. one of the big guys in town who wanted 2 points for the same rate. That difference alone saved me $5000. I recently spoke to Michael and he told me that he already had me flagged for a review in 2024 in case the rates fall far enough to make it worth our while to refinance to lower our payment. Regardless of who you choose to work with, you should at least give the Greco team a chance to tell you what they can do to help you.
