Marcus was absolutely the best choice to help me navigate my home loan process. He was available through a call or text all the time, was knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions and maintained me updated at all times. Buying a house can be confusing and having him advocating for the right loan at the right price was imperative to getting a great deal. Turning in documents through the portal is simple and he even clarified how to obtain different things the servicer was needing so I can be cleared to close! I cannot rave enough about Marcus and Iβm so grateful for his attention to detail. I will be going to him again if I ever need help refinancing or even for an investment property.
