I started off buy and flips with Joel as well as muli-units. I didnt know much so needless to say I was calling or texting Joel alot. He always made himself available and he always answered all of my questions. He is well connected so he not only had good hard money lenders, he also knew construction people, realtors, investors, insurance people...etc. He makes my investing endeavors smooth and easy.
