Josh never had a negative attitude towards us pulling out after he put in the time and effort to close the deal. He told us, when you find the home you truly want you will know and I am here for you when you do. It was a short 2 months later and we found that home and Josh & Matt got us closed within 30 days. (He actually could have gotten it closed sooner, but we needed the time) You can call/text them anytime of the week or weekend and they will make magic happen. Josh set us up with Brandon Mears to assist us through the process, he was amazing. When other Loan Originators were not able to give us the help and resources that we needed to get all the way to closing Josh, Brandon and Nikki were always there with the answers and help. I don’t know with they sleep. This is not a 8-5 job for them they all worked late on our behalf. Woke up one morning had a email from Brandon that he had sent at 4:00am. They made sure we closed by the deadline we had. From the time we started working with them it only took a month. Had worked with two other companies for 2 months that couldn’t get us to closing. 10 days into our purchase of a beach condo on S. Padre the condo association we were buying in went from warrantable to non-warrantable. That usually means a higher rate and a higher closing cost. However, the Moody Team actually got us a LOWER rate and closing cost than what we had with our previous lenders warrantable property loan. Glad our Realtor recommended them! Josh, Brandon and Valerie were great to work with and everything went off without a hitch - I will use them again for our next purchase.
