Jhante was extremely helpful and patient. He took the time to learn my preferences in the home and was always available when I thought I found ‘the one’. The market was tough and he was very encouraging when I didn’t win a home I placed an offer on. We ultimately found a gem that was under budget and needed cosmetic updates and I was able to design my home to my exact style. Amazing service before, during and after; I had a slab leak and he reminded me of the home warranty that he negotiated for the seller to buy. Will definitely call him when I ultimately sell.
