Opening a small business and covering all the details is daunting. We chose to work with Independent Financial because I have been with them for over 20 years. Belinda has always been so kind and helpful to our family and to everyone else I know in this small town. We worked with Ayesha Ansari and Maurci Witherspoon. The amount of paperwork , the patience, detail, quality, timely delivery, professionalism and customer care was second to none. Personally, I have worked in a corporate capacity for well over 30 years. I understand the importance of customer care excellence and it was a wonderful experience to be on the receiving end. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they are definitely a 10. -
