Hunter, Shelbi, and Peyton are amazing. If I could give more stars, I would. They really did such a good job at ensuring that everything ran smoothly, and on top of that they were able to significantly decrease our closing costs and get us a good rate on our loan. Hunter and his team are always available and quick to respond. I could not imagine a more reliable team. I would 100% use their services again.

Hunter and his team were able to get us into a phenomenal mortgage for our first home. They walked us through each step and made sure we had all the information we needed to make a decision for our family. They were able to send our builders lender packing and beat their mortgage offer greatly. Their creativity and expertise is 10/10 to help their clients! Highly recommend to new home buyers! Don’t always think the builders are giving the best deal…Hunter will make sure! If it comes time to refinance I’ll definitely be going with Hunters team!

Hunter goes above and beyond to help get the loan closed and funded. He had so much knowledge on the VA Loan process which really helped us as first time buyers. And he is the absolute best for putting up with my many (like seriously many!!!) phone calls and answering every question I ever had. Speaking from a first time home buyers perspective, Hunter was everything and more that you could ask for! I am one that has so many questions because I always feared I was going to miss something and Hunter was so patient every step of the way. He would take every second to explain, re-explain, and then when I would ask again he was patient to explain again! He was so knowledgeable and understanding. It doesn’t matter the situation you think you are in Hunter WILL find you the best rate. You don’t have to ever wonder if you are getting a great deal, he IS the greatest deal.
