After talking to multiple mortgage brokers and either getting denied or not taken seriously, I was lucky enough to meet Gina Reyes with Cattell Inc. From day one, my family and I could feel the difference in how she and her team treated us. Gina was kind, patient, and always willing to answer our calls and texts, no matter what.She kept us updated every step of the way and always had such a positive attitude, which made a stressful process so much easier. She’s incredibly professional, and her team is just as dedicated. Her assistant, Irma, has the same strong work ethic, and there were nights they were working as late as 8 PM just to make sure everything was in order.Even with tight deadlines, Gina pulled through and worked around the clock to get us to the finish line. Thanks to her and the Cattell Inc. team, my family and I were able to buy our first home. We couldn’t be more grateful for everything they did for us!
