This experience has been seamless. Jennifer sat down with us before we were even thinking about buying a house and worked out a budget for us in order for us to pay down/off some of our debt. Working with Jael Zelada was one of the most pleasurable work experiences Ive had. As a first time home buyer, I was a bit intimidated by the process, and by the fear of picking the wrong agent. Jaels experience and working knowledge , allowed her to remove any roadblocks we ran into. It is also apparent that Jaels clear understanding of current policies related to immigration, and VA benefits (which were issues faced) were clear to her. Immediately after meeting with her I was comforted by the realization that she is a professional I could rely on.
