Buying a house when you’re self-employed is so much more complicated, but Brittany and the Dierlam Group are what made it happen. They literally swooped in when we needed help and saved the day- I am 110% confident that we would not have the home we love if the Dierlam group had not worked so incredibly hard for us! We legitimately felt like their top priority the entire time. We cannot say enough about them and recommend them to everyone!

Justin Huff and The Dierlam Group at NXT Mortgage are hands down the best team we have ever worked with. Justin is professional, friendly, honest, and trustworthy. He always maintained a positive attitude and is prompt when conferring between us and the underwriters, especially on every little condition that appeared. Justin has no problems going above and beyond explaining what and why it was needed in a timely manner. We appreciate all of his hard work, determination, and due diligence with making this purchase possible. We don’t regret making the switch from an out of state broker to Dierlam Group. Brittanie and her team made our first house buying experience absolutely amazing. No matter what obstacles came through from our underwriter or other sources they always went above and beyond to work with us to get the needed materials. They even went as far to come to our house or business to get documents if we couldnt come within business hours. They were both professional and friendly and were always upfront about every step of the process and would take the time to explain what was happening, or why a specific document was needed, throughout the experience.
