If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I originally started my first time home buying process with a different lender and when they wanted more money… my realtor turned to Mr David Leavitt !David took over and got me a better interest rate and monthly payment right away ! David also got us to closing in JUST 9 DAYS!!!!David is the best in the business and I’m extremely grateful for him getting my family and I in our first home ! Thanks David !!

David is absolutely amazing! My husband and I could not have bought our home without him. We originally started the home buying process with a different lender and when they couldnt close the loan because of a mistake on their end. David stepped in and saved us. Not only was he able to get us approved he was able to close our loan extremely fast.I cannot say enough good things about him and his team. As a first time homebuyer at the age of 24, I was naive to the whole process, and to be honest… I still might be.However that didn’t matter because from the moment I was partnered with David, all my worries quickly disappeared, as he walked me through every step of the lending process.I’d given David a tight deadline of just under a month to help me secure a mortgage, but despite this, he was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had.
