My client was very discouraged with the loan and pricing options from her initial loan officer. Luckily John Richardson from Castle Hills Mortgage was referred to us. I was blown away with the options John presented to my client..it honestly was so unprecedented and incredible I didn’t think he could really pull it off. Well appropriately a month later we were closing with no down payment and very little to bring to the closing table. My client thought it was me who placed her into her dream home but honestly it was John. He pulled off a miracle in her favor. He is now my only loan officer for my clients. Highly recommend Castle Hills Mortgage. We were having a house built and was working with another lender at the last minute the other lending company told us it was going to work and thats when we got in touch with Castle Hills and they came in at the last minute and they werent going to approve us. Thats when Castle Hills came in with a miracle to saved the day. They were very positive and friendly, and they did not give us the run around with this loan. They were able to take the loan on and bring it to closing within 2 weeks. A big thank you to them for helping us get our family in our new house!!
