We are a new start up Mortgage Company as of the first of this year. Our goal from the beginning is to remain small, mean, and lean therefore we needed to find the systems that would allow us to offer exceptional professional services. To achieve this, we knew we needed to be resourceful, efficient, and adaptable and continuously seek ways to optimize our processes and leverage technology to do more with less.We were looking to ‘modernize’ to a specialized mortgage origination software that helps manage the entire loan origination process. These platforms need to allow us to automate many tasks, including application processing, credit checks, underwriting, and compliance checks.Also, we needed to utilize cloud-based software and tools for customer relationship management (CRM), document management, and collaboration. Also, a system that would allow our team to access and update information from anywhere, streamlining processes and enhancing communication.We knew that we needed a system that would ensure the proper compliance and security measures would be in place to handle sensitive customer data. PreApp 1003 / Broker PlusThe interface is intuitive, and essentially ready to go, out of the box.It lets me do the things I need to do, as a broker, without extensive training or customization required.If youre like me, and dont have time to spend learning a whole new system, or to train LOs a whole system- PreApp1003 is the way to go.Great bang for the buck-
