For over a year “ Sukesh Shekar ” worked with me until I made my dream come true to get my kids a home, we came from another state and also had not much knowledge about anything the service and personal attention we received from him still feels like a friend, the experience was exceptional and beyond what we were expecting! His knowledge of the national market and his commitment in finding us the best deals and show me the ways step by step of what I needed to get all done, helped us in our search for our dream home. As first time home buyers everything was new to us and the most important thing we wanted someone we could trust. Never even meet him in person but he always felt like we did to me , he was always sure on my mental breakdowns I was ok, answer all my questions multiple times over and over again, has incredible patience cause buying a house can be very stressful but he was for us every step of the way. Im happy I had him as my broker and still is cause I will come to him still for any other purchase I will do in future. Sukesh is great to deal with! I started off with the builder’s financing company, but he was able to get me a better rate somewhere else, less down for closing costs, provided advice on when to lock in rate, and overall a great experience. Also, unlike other companies, he was able to find us a grant of 5K that was applied toward our closing costs, which no one else told us about. Really happy with his detailed work, responsiveness and taking the time to walk us through the summary sheet. We closed Sep 2024 and very happy!! Definitely recommend

Pure Magic!!! Can I give more stars?This is the 5th house I’ve purchased in my life and I have to say out of all the transactions, Sukesh was by far the best experience. I was out of state for the whole process but he made it fee like he was right around the corner the whole time. I was never left wondering what was going on and he kept me in the loop at every step. Sukesh made sure we didn’t leave anything on the table and I even ended up with a 5.75 interest rate which is wild these days!!! It never felt like I was talking to a lender rep and always felt like I was talking to a friend. He was always available whether it was the weekend or if I forgot the time difference and it was outside of work hours. This is the guy you need on your side to haggle with the bank to get the best deal. Don’t believe me? Just call him and say hi and I guarantee you’ll be pleasantly surprised. He is a true professional!!!!

Sukesh Shekar and Vaibhav Srivastava worked tirelessly at helping me obtain my dream home. I was building the house site unseen. I was an out of towner we buying a home in another state. There were times I thought this process wasn’t going to happen being I was a travel nurse, but everything worked out due to the diligence of these two wonderful men. I got a great interest rate, communication skills were excellent answering all my questions as I was a first time home owner. I highly recommend Altgage if you are in the market to buy a house!

Will be using them for every deal I do moving forward.1) Extremely consistent and quick replies to texts and emails.2) Deep understanding of the underwriting process, and attention to detail.3) Very patient with his clients (I terminated 4-or-so deals before we struck gold)4) Followed up after closing with payment instructions.5) Courteous and professional mannerisms ALWAYS (Even in the storm).6) Competitive rates.7) Works with the self-employed, and does both QM and commercial.
