I was in a financial bind due to a flip property that I decided to hold onto for long-term renting. My credit was not great after using credit cards to finish out the remodel. Timothy found a way to get me a cash out refinance, even after we both discovered my property was considered a Condotel by lenders which made it more difficult to get approved for funding. Gratefully, I was funded a short time later and am in a much better financial situation now. I will definitely use them again for my new real estate business moving forward. -
