Awesome experience!Worked with Ashley and she helped me out more in the past few days than I have received in the last year. Willing to help you out when needed and assisted with making sure my product was accurate and even did a zoom call to walk me through steps on my amazon store. Wholesale Supply has been a real blessing to our coffee shop over the past 2 years. We lease a small ice machine from them and they are consistent with service, are always available if we have a need, and are so easy to work with. Chase and his team have excellent customer service.

We have several stores that have water filter systems and we use Wholesale Supply for all of our water filtration needs. We get our filters delivered to us on a regular schedule so it is one less thing to worry about. The owners and the ones working for them are great people and it is a joy to do business with them. They are very helpful and try to figure out what works best for your situation instead of selling you something that you don’t need. I would highly recommend them! A great company to do business with.

Amazing customer service! They service my ice machine regularly to ensure it is running properly. I love that they call in advance to be sure that someone will be here when they arrive. I rarely have any issues, but, when I do they are prompt about getting out to resolve the issues. Their customer service is fantastic!
