Been living here since August and have enjoyed it thus far. I felt the process was super easy and Makayla was superb. I did not feel rushed as I was able to tour the home on my own when inquiring about living here and she knew all the answers to my questions. I am grateful she was there to support and would highly recommend working with her. Living here has been a breeze and I could not be more than happy. First home on my own so I feel accomplished!I have already recommended this place to many of my friends and hairstylist. Will continue to do so.

I moved from Houston to McKinney I talked to Mikayla on the phone several times during my process she was so helpful, so kind and just displayed overall SATISFACTION!! She and AlsoHer boss at time who I met and did not know to which it’s a funny story had in the home a very nice goodie bag! To show appreciation’! That just melted my heart ! I love my new home ! Any suggestions questions or any ideas Mikayla answered! Matt ROCKS!! Displayed nothing but great energy!! Overall I give 5 stars with great excellence and exceptional experience!! Honey Creek y’all totally ROCK !!!!

I recently moved into the Retreat at Honey Creek community, and I couldnt be happier with my decision! From the moment I toured the property, I was impressed by the beautiful, well-maintained landscaping and the warm, welcoming staff.The homes themselves are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen has high-quality appliances and plenty of storage space, making cooking a joy. The living areas are bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. My favorite part is the backyard, where I can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.Makayla, a shining star in the leasing office, was not just good, she was phenomenal. Her professionalism and dedication to keeping us updated on everything were truly commendable. I would confidently recommend this place to anyone seeking a nice, affordable, and safe community.

Love it here. The community is quiet and tucked off. My only complaint is why don’t I have a patio for this beautiful backyard?? Josh and Makayla are terrific and the move in process was easy!!

Update: We have moved in now and are really enjoying the community so far! There were a few issues with the house when we moved in, which overall have been dealt with by Mark and Josh. The house is really starting to feel like a home!I am very excited to move into my new home at The Retreat at Honey Creek! I dont move in for another couple of months so I will update my review later with my thoughts on the house and community itself. The whole process from viewing a home to the application and getting approved was so easy and painless. I really liked being able to tour a unit on my own and then be able to ask Mark all of my questions later. It felt like I could personalize the experience for exactly what my needs were. Mark was super friendly and helpful throughout the process and he was so patient with all of my questions. I really appreciate all of his help!

I have been extremely pleased with my move to the Retreat at Honey Creek! The team here has been amazing from working with Angela initially, the entire process with touring, applying, and approval was seamless! Josh, Makayla, and Mark have been great upon move in being sure that move in day was a breeze. Theyre always prompt and professional with answering questions and assisting in anyway they can. The community is well kept and I love the area!

My family was moving from Florida to the Dallas area and looking for a rental home. The Retreat at Honey Creek was exactly as advertised and the staff was extremely helpful. I spoke to Mark on the phone before coming to town and he answered any and all questions we could possibly have, and then once in town, Makayla handled every question & request efficiently.The application process was also quick & painless. From tour to lease signing was under 72 hours. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

I am still a few months out from my move-in date but so far I am really impressed with the neighborhood and everything I’ve seen. Mark in the leasing office has been great in helping me pick out my unit and I’m looking forward to moving in soon.

Hello me and my 2 boys have been in our new homes for a few months now and it’s everything we wanted the staff is great especially Ms. Makayla and Mr Josh every time we need anything they are fast to respond and provide the neighborhood is kept cleaned the house space is great for me and my boys everything we wanted thank you again the retreat at honeycreek
