For all my vintage girlies, look no further! Book The Cotton Mill right away. It was easily one of the best decisions we made. It fit our style perfectly and I got SO many compliments about the venue. You do have to use their catering company but the food is fantastic! We were blown away at how good it was and not one single complaint about it. The Cotton Mill is very easy to work with and I loved the bridal suite for getting ready. 15/10 recommend.

This place was fantastic! We were just here for a wading and loved it. The rustic feel to it was very nice but also modernized in a way to make it feel very clean. The local art for sale was a great touch and had some very unique pieces. I was unable to get photos of the small courtyard where the ring ceremony was preformed but it was a lovely venue!

This venue is amazing! Beautiful, accessible and just what we needed for our event. Natalie and Lisa are beautiful humans inside and out. They ensured our accessibility needs were met and helped us with finding other vendors as needed. Overall, their team is flexible to what your needs are! I would strongly recommend the Cotton Mill for all your events! PS: Look at how beautiful it looked!

I got married here in October of 2021. My husband and I toured this place once and immediately made the decision that this was THE VENUE. We didn’t even bother to look at any other venues. During our booking process, we worked with Krista, who expressed that we could put a hold on our date for 30 days while we talked it over with our families. She answered any and all of my questions, sometimes the same question multiple times, with that being said she was extremely patient and very encouraging. She was such a pleasure to work with, as well as, Maria who was a later add-on to the venues team. Maria was super helpful during our rehearsal, as my planner had another wedding the day of our rehearsal. She was extremely patient with all of our friends and family, as there were many moving pieces and I chose a difficult way to enter our ceremony for all of our wedding party but she accepted the challenge and actively problem solved so when the time came for the real deal, everything ran smoothly. I can’t rave enough about the staff at the venue enough, they made the day of the wedding so easy that I really I was not stressed about anything.As for the venue, pictures do not do this place justice. Go see it in person. It is absolutely GORGEOUS. There are so many elements to the building, it’s insane. The hidden garden, the dye room, the bridal suite, the artwork, all of it. It’s amazing. There is an upstairs area that I didn’t even know existed until we took pictures after the ceremony, it’s worth going to see. Our pictures, in my opinion, turned out beautiful because of the many elements the Cotton Mill had to offer.

Beautiful, historical spot for a wedding or event! I provided Audio/DJ/MC/Lighting services for an outdoor patio wedding ceremony and indoor reception. It was probably 103° that day, but their reception hall had amazing air conditioning to come into! Looking forward to doing more weddings and events there.

The Cotton Mill is a very versatile space for anyone looking for a historic/industrial feel. The courtyard area is great for a wedding ceremony and outside reception/cocktail area. There is so much space to explore and the location is very convenient. Ive photographed multiple weddings here and its always a great time for everyone involved!

This absolutely stunning venue is by far one of the best places for a wedding or special event in McKinney, or DFW in my opinion. The staff is wonderful and great to work with, they explain everything and are with you from booking until the event. The exposed brick and wood pillars give the place the perfect industrial chic feel. This space is so versatile that I feel you can create your personal wedding look with ease. My wedding was gorgeous and unique to my style. There was plenty of space for my 130 guests between the bar, dinner tables, dance floor, etc. Overall when you choose The Cotton Mill, you choose a venue support team and a beautiful place to throw your event._____________________________Words cannot attribute the amount of love I have for Erin before and especially after my wedding. Erin runs The Cotton Mills as if it was her home; she has the passion every bride imagines of finding with a coordinator. Erin is very professional, and so personable too; her passionate, funny, and endearing nature makes you fall in love with the venue more. She means business when she says she is there for her brides (and grooms) and wants them all to have the wedding of their dreams. From tips and tricks, and advice for planning, coordinating and decorating to scheduling and business matters, Erin is the woman for the job. She went above and beyond to make my wedding the absolute best for both my husband and I. From booking to the day of, she was there for us every step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend working with Erin when booking at The Cotton Mill.

What an amazing place went for a coffee and when I took a stroll around I was taken to a different world… also the rain might have helped me to make this place magical.I am new to McKinney and was exploring coffee shops and ended up at this place. This is an event place and the outdoors are filled with greenery and beautiful spots for doing a photoshoot.

This venue is INCREDIBLE!! ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!(We had our wedding here in Sept, 2021)There are SO many beautiful places to utilize - there is a dreamy huge outdoor area with a waterfall, green ivy and plants that you cant believe, string lights, and beautiful brick walls that look STUNNING in pictures and real life. There is a moody, gorgeous event hall where we held our main reception, with these beautiful old windows. There is an incredible warehouse where we took some portraits, and there is even a SECRET GARDEN! and more! It is beyond the most beautiful venue ever.Not only is this place absolutely gorgeous but the staff are so wonderful. Krista was SO helpful (she helped us with ideas and planning!) and she was so fun and energetic. We got to visit and walk through things so many times with her, she made everything so easy and had the best ideas for our day! They really do go above and beyond.We also got FULL venue access the entire day of. We had plenty of time to get ready in their huge newly done bridal suite, set up, and tear down!The guests loved how perfectly this venue flowed, how gorgeous it was, and how many areas there were to go look at and take pictures in!I could go on and on, I highly highly recommend this venue!

I am a planner and I worked a wedding here in March 2022, and it was not only beautiful, but so great to work with! Maria was our Event Coordinator and she was GREAT! She was responsive and knowledgeable. She was helpful in executing the event to the best of our ability (went off without a hitch and everyone had a blast)! She even went above and beyond when one of the vendors was running late.They set the venue up to the brides specs and the venue staff even helped break down at the end of the night, which is not part of the deal, they were just kind people!Overall, great experience and would totally recommend planning your event here.

I was in town visiting my friend for the weekend. I met her at work so I was able to look around this amazing office park!This is a modern, stylist and hip location. I think it was super cool and actually wished I had more time to explore the venue!The main entrance is quite expansive and filled from front to back, top to bottom with art work.They house business offices but also have a large space for weddings. Truly a unique location. One that I hope to visit again. :)

This venue is simply incredible. Erin and co. are amazing and were a pleasure to work with. If I could give this place 10 stars I certainly would do so. We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Cotton Mill and it was the best. Pictures do not do this place justice... I recommend the Cotton Mill McKinney to anyone and everyone.

I used this venue to film for the company I was working for at the time. Its an absolutely beautiful historic building with tons of character. If I lived in the area I wouldnt even hesitate when picking a venue to host events, this would be it. Theres some areas of the building that hold offices for various companies - companies which Im very jealous of. Overall a great spot.

We had a Karate Tournament at this Venue with 250 Competitors with their families and everyone loved it! Great Team to work with and Beautiful Location. It almost gave it an Old School Karate feel. LOVED IT!

Very cool and funky renovated warehouse in downtown McKinney. Nice place for special events. Offices for rent on the East side of the building and home of the fabulous Tupps Brewery that hosts live local music on weekends, and great craft beer.

It is easily one of the most beautiful wedding venues Ive seen in McKinney. The exterior is completely authentic and rustic while the interior is a perfect mix of modern style while maintaining an industrial tone. The Cotton Mill is the perfect place to have a wedding when you dont want a church or boring reception hall.

This is a really good place to host a wedding or other event. The whole atmosphere with the rustic wooden doors and stone hallways sets a good tone. Inside, you have a nice big hallway in addition to the main dining area. This allows you to set up a buffet line outside the dining area, which makes traffic flow a lot better. There is a clever restroom arrangement where you can enter from the hallway or the dining area. Also, there is a loading/staging room that has access to both the dining room and hallway so you can load musical equipment and other accessories invisible to the guests. The only downside I saw was the bridal suite only came from the dining room, making it difficult to hide the bride. But for other events it is perfect.
