    We have had a wonderful experience with Gigi and Amy, who are the leasing consultants at this apartment complex. They are always pleasant, attentive, and ready to help. They are great problem solvers as well. We are grateful for their warmth and care, and for their hard work in ensuring that the residents have a comfortable experience living at this property.

    We have lived here for a little over two years and were on the fence on signing a renewal this year. Rent prices are absolutely insane in the DFW metroplex and we really wanted to stay in this general area due to proximity to work, family, and friends. Gigi came in as manager a few months back and we started noticing improvement with the property. My husband interacted with Gigi a couple times over small issues and came back with glowing reports. We decided to renew our lease. Gigi is working hard to improve the apartment common spaces as well as the apartments themselves. I hope she stays and continues the improvements.For those thinking of moving here, this was an all bills paid complex. Now we are submetered for water, electric, and gas. There was a time where I wouldve told folks to think twice before moving here. Now that we have a great manager in Gigi, Id say give the property a shot. Gigi is doing all she can to improve this property.For those currently living here, be patient. Gigi is actively working on issues within apartments and around the complex. Remember, she is one person and she can only do as much as corporate allows. Keep your requests and expectations reasonable and be patient.This is an update to my previous review. We renewed our lease and the new lease started at the beginning of June. I asked for an estimate on utilities before signing a new lease and was told that, with two of us in a one bedroom it would be between $150 and $175 per month. This has not turned out to be true. Our utilities are close to $300 per month. The water/sewer, etc. is almost double what we paid when we lived in a 3 bedroom rental house with a washing machine and a yard to water. I understand prices on everything have gone up. But to be double what we paid two years ago and not watering a lawn or using a washing machine is shocking. Three of the multitude of issues in our apartment have been addressed. Apparently, I need to enter a work order even though all these things were addressed and agreed upon when signing the new lease. And, we just received an email a few days ago that all new leases and new renewals will be REQUIRED to pay $65 monthly for a Spectrum internet/cable package. Obviously, things have not changed at all except another way to get money out of residents. I will not renew again.

    I have had a good experience at The Bristols apartments they are very spacious and Im glad they are pet friendly also, the girls at the office Amy and Gigi are very helpful and understanding. Great place to reside at , come check it out !

    I just want to take the time to express how thankful I am for Gigi. The very first moment she greeted me, i new this was the place I wanted to stay. Gigi definitely has a passion for her career. She was very professional and lights up the whole office. Thank you for all you have done Gigi. !! Don’t go anywhere!

    Wow I really like the new renovation Ive been living 4 years and I really like the new look as far as the maintenance goes they have done a good job the people doing the maintenance are constantly being changed so some work better than others just like any other place. the office people are friendly they go by the rules so if you dont like following the rules is probably not a good place for you. this week Im getting a bigger apartment the person in the office gave me a walkthrough and I have to say they look Top Notch very different to what Ive seen in the last years Im looking forward living longer here

    Gigi is the absolute best. She makes sure our property is taken care of and safe. I dont ever wanna see her go anywhere. She has built this place up so much.

    The Bristols has fantastic management, timely maintenance crew and is a great, quiet place to live. Prices are very affordable, especially for the amount of living space you get. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a good affordable place to call home.

    I have lived here going on 4 years now. Great place big apartments for a great price. Management is great and works well with you and gets maintenance repairs done fast. Very nice and pretty quiet place at night. Overall this is a great place for the price and what you get.

    Amazing Maintenance , Good Help , Clean Property , Always There When I Need Help , Heard There Doing A Playground & A Dog Park For The Property , Mananger & Leasing Are Polite & Wanting To Help You To Get Accepted Real Fast To Start Moving In , A Good Place To Move In Your Surronded By A School & Alot Of Places To Go !! I Recommend To Anybody Looking For A Apartment In Hurst , So Far The Property Is Getting Remodeled Looks Better Than Before ,Management Does Things For The Residents .Thank You .     Ive lived here for 3 years. Wonderful place to live. Plenty of parking, friendly management and staff, very reasonable prices, and the best neighbors Ive ever had. Would definitely recommend if youre looking for a new place to live!

    I love it here thanks to Hannah the manager she always comesThrough when something needs to get handled or fixed and javi maintenance men always takes care of the situations as far as the management or regionals Eh.. but anyways staff is awesome and of course Charles from the City makes sure of that’s !     The bristols is a quiet and relaxing place to live, and right next to the elementary school very good so the kids dont have to take the bus. The staff is very nice and cooperative with you also.

    I love it here while I would give anything to have a washer and dryer in my actual apartment; how much space I get in my apartment plus the great office staff makes up for having to go to the laundry mat lol
