    I recently moved in, and Christian was very patient and toured me several times... I finally chose a unit and I absolutely love my new place. It is the smaller floor plan, but it provides a cozy homey feel. Everyone in the office is very friendly. I did see my apartment had a lot of wear and tear, and when I brought it up to the staff, they explained that the property has a lot of character (little over 30 years old).I commend Erin and Lizzie for answering all my questions and the property manager for popping her head up to assure me they care. New to the city and I couldnt feel happier to move here.!Great location, beautiful pool.. missed the summer but cant wait to enjoy it next year!

    Great community! All the staff & leasing agents are amazing. Adriana & Erin were amazing with any questions I had about the move in process & fees due & explaining each fee to me. The community itself is very clean & the amenities & pools are always a plus! I’ll be recommending them to all my friends & family. Although we had a leak in our apartment an email was sent & they were on top of communication. My unit was walked the next day. I appreciate the attentiveness from the team as surpassed my expectations.

    After a year living at the Retreat, I just signed my new lease and let me tell you how great i’ve lived here. Not only their customer service (which is awesome) but my overall experience has been great. Lizzie, Christian and Adriana have treated me with the most professionalism one could hope for. Any requests made or repairs, their response was always quick and effective.

    I know the majority of the reviews are awful, but in our experience we havent had any issues, we’re about to renew our contract because we love it here.If we put any maintenance complain they literally come the next day to fix it, I have never seen any trash on the street like some reviews said, so I don’t know if we’re just lucky but we have enjoyed so much living here, its beautiful and its a great location.The only bad thing that I can think of is that at the beginning of a contract they do charge a lot of fees😅 but honestly other than that this is an awesome place to live. Hope that helps 🤷🏽‍♀️

The apartment itself was immaculate, featuring modern amenities and a comfortable layout. The community facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and a delight to use. What stood out the most was the attentive and responsive management team, always eager to assist and ensure a smooth stay. I also want to thank Lizzy for helping us along the whole time we’ve been here with anything we needed no matter how small the problem was.     The retreat is a good place to live, not to mention the staff is great. We have never had issues with work orders, they work on any issues we have promptly. Christian in the office helped me and my husband throughout the whole application process and continues to be available if we need anything. ☺️ 10/10 would recommend.

    My spouse and I lived at these apartments for a year. Great area to live because there is so much around to explore and shop at. The pools were great. Loved the gym and sand volleyball court. The Retreat team was awesome, but I want to give a very special shout out to one person in particular. Lizzy always went above and beyond to help out with any questions I might have had. We had some issues when closing out our apartment (long after we closed). She helped figure out the issues, and helped ease my anxiety may times by just taking the time to walk me through what the issue was and helped fix it for us. Keep doing amazing things Lizzy and the whole Retreat team! Thank you for making my first apartment experience an easy transition!

    From my first conversations in the leasing office a little over six months ago to today, I continue to be grateful for the attention and feeling of community that Christian provided and convinced me Id found a home. The security, outstanding, quick, and attentive maintenance, the great swimming pools, and the beautiful grounds for a daily walk (by myself or with my dogs)...I love it here! And despite the size of this community, Christian always takes time to remember and greet me, helps out, and listens--and he meets hundreds of people!!

    Love my apartment! The Complex is clean and love how modern our apartment looks. Christian was super helpful and also made sure everything was good before we moved in. He also was willing to answer any questions we had. Not only that but he did a raffle for a microwave and we won! He made sure we had everything for our new apartment.

    Good Morning,I would like to congratulate the NEW assistant manager on the amazing work she has done with the Office. I have lived at the retreat since 2018 before they had a horrible staff back than but now with the new assistant manager, I remember when she was just starting out. She definitely has turned that place around with her professionalism. I definitely recommend the retreat a Mesa Hills it’s too bad.     Ive been living here for almost two months now, and Im really glad I decided to commit to being a resident of this community. They are very good with communication, repairs are done quickly, within a reasonable time, and there is good security. Lights in the area to access the 24/7 gym would make it feel safer at night. The pool is fabulous, and the many pet areas are excellent.

    This is for Aaron Lee....The officer that broke up your illegal party was doing his job to the finest of his ability. I was personally there and watched you give him a hard time as all he wanted to do was ask you to leave as you were over the guest capacity by 30... so if my math is correct that is 28 more than two allowed by the apartments. Thank you for writing a review that reflects your own life.

    I cannot say enough about The Retreat at Mesa Hills. They recently changed management companies, and it has made all the difference.My apartment is a 3 bedroom 2 bath with vaulted ceilings, amazing natural light in each room, and very large bedrooms to accommodate a king size bed in each room. The appliances all look new, the carpet is new, all cabinets look modern, and each room has a ceiling fan and overhead lights. Many apartments I looked at had no overhead lighting in any room except the kitchen. While not all apartments come furnished with one, my apartment came with a washer and dryer, saving me money on having to rent them.The pools and hot tubs are always crystal clear and the furniture and poolside areas are very well maintained. The common workout areas are also clean and the equipment is always functional. They also have inexpensive covered parking which is a nice addition, especially during the summer months.Any issue I’ve had, the office personnel are very attentive, caring, and go above and beyond anything I could have expected. Additionally, the maintenance staff are top notch. I haven’t had to submit many work orders, but when I have, the maintenance staff have shown up either the same day or the next day.They also have regular check-ups looking for leaks or anything that may cause damage to my apartment. This is nice because I may have missed something that they do inspections for.I love this apartment complex so much I have already recommended and had someone move in, and they also love the office, maintenance staff, and the overall feel of the apartment.While the rent is a bit higher compared to other apartment complexes, the apartments, amenities, pools, office staff, and maintenance staff make it worth spending a bit more for the look and feel of luxury.5 stars, 5 stars, 5 stars. Oh, and 5 stars!

    Great staff, couldn’t be happier to live here. I am going on my second year, and it’s been nothing but good communication and amazing customer service. The whole team including the new ones have created such a great community that I love being part of. The Easter even was fun, can’t wait to see what else they have to come. I love my ceiling fan!

    I tour the apartments in April and just moved in. Lizzy was the first one I met and she helped me throughout the application process. I had a great move in experience with Christian, Leslie and Lizzy. They were very professional and helped me get to my new apartment. They even helped me with my disorientation, I had because I was new to the property. It saved me a long walk. I did not know which way to go to get to the apartment at all. Yet, the leasing team helped me get to my new apartment and moved in.

    I lived in a small town for 37 years. It was time to move for medical and overall additional opportunities. We really didn’t know where to look, but a former neighbor had moved to the Retreat at Mesa Hills about a year ago. They loved the apartment and location. We decided to give it a go. We have had nothing but the same positive experience. The leasing staff made it easy for a “limited computer skills man” to make it through the leasing experience. Everything we were shown and told turned out to be more than true. We had a couple of small items that needed to be looked at after the move and the maintenance department was quickly there to solve those minor issues.I am happy with everything so far and advise others to give the Retreat serious consideration.

    One of the best apartments to rent in town. I have a great experience from the moment my leasing agent, Adriana Mejia, helped me made the process super fast and easy. Adriana was promptly on any updates on my lease and gave me great customer service. All staff is professional and nice and I definitely recommend any leasing agents at the Retreat apartments especially Adriana!

    Great location and great apartment amenities. I think these are one of the most cleanest apartments in the Westside and I’ve never had any issues with maintenance as they always send them when something needs fixing. The people in the office are great too! Hector helped my husband and I and made everything easy for us. One of the managers, Erin I think is her name was helpful too especially when we would call. Highly recommend this place. Very clean and cool amenities.

    I love these apartments! It has so many great things going for it, such as its location, great value (low rent!), and its numerous amenities. However, the apartments greatest aspect is its wonderful staff. Everyone there from the maintenance workers, leasing agents, courtesy officers, and management have made my living experience here enjoyable. The manager Daisy Duran has also been incredibly helpful and friendly, she even knows my full name! I have no complaints and I am grateful that I made the right choice to live at The Retreat apartments.

    My family and I moved in about a month and a half ago. Araceli was our leasing agent and she was so friendly and helpful during the process. I highly recommend her as a leasing agent. She went above and beyond to move us in as quickly as possible. We have dealt with other staff since moving in and everyone has been polite friendly and helpful. We have been very happy here so far. The office is always having community activities that we enjoy and the property and location is pretty great. My reason for 4 stars is we have experienced a large amount of insects in the pool at times and are still waiting on a maintenance request from when we moved in. I have to say Im very surprised at many of these negative reviews as they dont reflect our experience so far.Did I mention they give free beer to residents?! 🍻

    I think this apartment has been great overall though it has some improvements to make. Honestly the staff here are pretty great, they have been really friendly and easy to deal with the past year I lived here. Good maintenance team in place and really just a great job in taking care of the apartment both tenants and look wise. I think the apartment units may need a touch up of an upgrade though. Maybe I am just getting used to the finer things in life but these appliances and stuff would be nice if they were brand new.

    So honestly I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews on here about these apartments. (I’m not a big btw lol). Anyways, my husband and I moved in here in February. My leasing agent Maria was VERY prompt with us, they are extremely professional and my apartment is beautiful. Only thing I had go wrong was my bathtub gets clogged every once and a while but I have A LOT of hair. Anyways, it’s amazing here. I’ve had trouble with my rent a couple times and the apartment manager was so patient, even offered helping us call the bank to see what happened. As they saw our struggle they waived the late fee for us. Would highly recommend these apartments. I love them and the staff.

    We lived here for a year and I must say the apartments are very pretty and upgraded. I will also say that the maintenance is extremely quick to respond to all work requests. We had an issue with a leak and they took care of it immediately and were very apologetic(although these things happen). The office staff took care of us as well. Thank you Retreat at Mesa Hills!

    The apartments have a disposal problem. It seems like everyday the dumpsters are overflowing. We pay a disposal fee I’m wondering where that money is going if the trash doesn’t get picked up. The management is hard to reach, and when you call you get sent to a call center that say they can’t transfer you to the actual office. Other then that we love the place so far.

    Me and my wife checked out a lot of apartments on the west side and as soon as we came to this complex, saw the great amenities, saw the lovely lay outs and nicely finished apartments, we knew this was a front runner. Add in the lovely staff, great deal and location and its top of the list. THEN we had the pleasure of having Adrianna as our resident coordinator and that totally put it over the top.The maintenance staff also deserves a big shout out. We place work orders and they get done in a timely and reasonable (reasonable means its understandable on both sides) manner. The staff is all around great and boy do they know how to get the complex together as a real community with their resident events!So, do not let the negative reviews steer you away. We didnt and we are more than pleased this far. We have been here a little over 2 months now and we are as happy as one can expect to be. Granted we understand and have come to terms with apartment living. So far so good!

    I have lived in these apartments for the past two years and I have never had any problems. The location is great, along with the office staff. In particular, the Assistant Manager Larissa has been nothing but helpful and respectful regarding my current living conditions. It is because of her that I will be renewing my lease and staying another year.

    I think this apartment has been a decent place to live with me and my family. We have a two bedroom apartment room here and the interior is definitely nice, got a good situation here. I like the building grounds a lot, really well taken care of and looks beautiful. I think the building should be re painted but it is not a big thing on my mind. I like the comfort that this place offers, really convenient maintenance and neighbors are friendly.

    I must say that though the apartment does not look like the best building in town, the service from the maintenance people here are pretty great. I think one of the most important things about an apartment building is the service of the maintenance people and the office staff. This place has that down for sure. The apartment grounds here are also really beautiful and you can tell that the cleaning crew here does a great job. I like this place to live and have had no problems so far.

    My aunt lives here and shes had such an awesome experience living here. Maintenance does a really good job of keeping up with work orders despite there being tons of units to look after.The landscape is great, its very well kept. I love all the grass patches because it make it really pet friendly.The staff in general is very kind and helpful, I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a not too expensive, yet nice place to call home.

    After living here for the better part of ten months or so, I think this place definitely has its upside. The apartment has good management - the place is clean, easy to deal with, and maintenance people are really fast here and nice. I think these are the most important parts of a good apartment. I like the amenities here as well, nicely taken care of and good facilities to use. I think the building could definitely use a paint job though and the apartment would be perfect.

    I think this place has good amenities and a nice staff working here. The apartment is pretty comfortable in terms of everyday living. I am close to work, easy commute and the apartment is quiet at night. I think that the people that make up this building are what makes this apartment a real awesome place to live. Havent had any trouble at all here, and I think dealing with the staff has been super easy.

    I’m currently moving out from Retreat at Mesa Hills where I resided for a little over 2 years. My time at this locations has been pretty good and if I ever had an issue, management and/or the maintenance team would correct it in a timely manner.Pros (in regards to building 19)- wall noise suppression: never had a problem with hearing neighbors between walls, except for times if they slam their front door extremely loud or outside their apartment speaking loudly- strict on regulations: management has no problem calling out tenants who do not pick up after their pets /// they will investigate if their are complaints of neighbors smoking in their apartments- Exterminators: I’ve never ever had a problem with pest/insects in my home, first off I’m very clean, but sometimes neighbors are not. Luckily every time I’m out and about outside I see dead insects meaning fumigation is truly a thing here.- Pool: it’s quite nice and throughly maintained- Price: With the amenities, modern style, Pool, etc this facility provides, that price is extremely good.- location: middle of everything, it’s greatCons: (in regards to building 19)- Water pipes: I guess their old, water shutoff happens at least monthly and som times several times a month. Last month water was out for roughly 36hrs.... no excuse for this to have ever occurred.- Tenants (not the facilities fault): they’re are some disgusting and disrupting young adults (18-25) who live here who can Not follow simple rules laid out in the rental agreement (e.g. picking up after their pets, keeping their pets on a leach, yelling obnoxiously “Oreo” and “Luna” to come back inside since they merely open the door to let their pets poop and pee everywhere /// disregard of quite hours and consistent parties every weekend)- Parking: typically not a problem during the day, but on weekends these youngens have their parties to throw soooooo good luck with parking- exterior amenities: bench’s and grills have not been serviced ever, so they are falling apart

    Been living at the Retreat at Mesa Hills for nearly 5 years and must say it has been such a great experience!! In particular, current assistant manager Larissa has always been super nice, understanding of the questions I’ve had, and patient. Maintenance does a really good job and usually very quick on resolving any issue. Amazing customer service, the staff here always go above and beyond to help. The complex itself is beautiful and I strongly recommend The Retreat at Mesa Hills to live at.

    I have been in active duty for 20 years now and I haven’t yet encountered a leasing agent like Celeste Gallardo. I have been through a lot of leasing agents and property managers for renting and owning properties and either they didn’t meet my expectations or they where not fully dedicated to my families needs. Celeste Gallardo exceeded not only my expectations but she worked with me and my family patiently. Everyone knows how Military moving is like and with the short time frame I had she got me into a unit less than 3 days from when my application was sent. I’m very particular and picky in my and family needs as far as living conditions and Celeste Gallardo not only showed me units, the property, and all the amenities she respected me and my family like we where her own. She worked patiently by moving us and changing us to 3 different units due to me changing my mind on them and she did it with no complaint what so ever. Her customer service was above and beyond from what I have seen in 20 years and we are grateful and thankful she was our leasing agent. Good job Celeste Gallardo and not only I recommend the property to friends and family but I will recommend them doing business with her.

    I want to relocate from Az to TX . They look like awesome apartments. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommend everyone to put them on your list if you are relocating can’t wait till I’m in Tx !!!
