I had a family member, that is a local golf pro at Squaw Creek, recommend Goodson when I was talking about getting my own golf cart for fun. When I called, I spoke with Greg and he was very polite, answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed, and never felt like I was pressured into buying from them. I made my order over the phone that day (Oct 2020), once they finished adding the few things I asked for, they delivered it for free to my house, which I thought was a very good way to retain customers. I did a lot of research on companies, and a lot of them would not offer delivering so that was also another reason I chose Goodson. Each time Ive gone to their storefront, everyone is kind, and prompt to ask me if Ive been helped. The office is extremely nice, especially if you are having to wait, they have coffee and you can browse through customizing catalogs and look at new incoming cars etc.Weve really enjoyed our club car. About 2 weeks ago (June 2021), I called in because I wanted to get custom seats, get a different color roof and fix alignment, and I spoke with Brandt this time. Hes a very polite gentleman and is very patient, helped me work on picking out the seats from all the different customizing options. Im thoroughly happy with the new look to my club car! If you are looking for a great place to get started on your very own golf car, this is the place to go, you will not be disappointed. Bought a new golf cart from the Goodson family. Great people to do business with. Took their time on the phone to explain what options they have and educated me on the different carts. Made my way down to the shop the next day. Customer service is the reason I felt the need to do a review. Cant say enough about the way they treated my family. On top of that they made me a great deal on a new cart.

This is old time customer service. The shop and parts folks went out of their way to take care of my club car motor. They are very knowledgeable and fair priced. Very patient and just good folks. If more companies were ran like this it would sure make life a lot easier when we have issues for us folks who are not professionals. Shane is a Super guy and is great to work with.

Customer service is far above what’s expected. I have not made a purchase here (yet) as I’m looking for something specific in the used category. I was just looking around with no intent to buy from this business but wanted to look at some carts before meeting a private seller in a few days. I was approached by Brandt told him what I was doing and instead of trying to hard sell me on his products or just brushing me off he taught me what to look for. He showed me how to determine the age and quality of the batteries and carts. This knowledge kept me from making a bad buy today. I would not hesitate to make a purchase from this company if they ever have exactly what I’m looking for. A salesman that is willing to teach potential customers how to spot flaws in products must have nothing to hide and that gives me peace of mind buying from that person.
