I just want to say what an amazing property manager that Evergreen estates have. I was visiting my sister in the park last week and Ms Susan was walking around and stopping and talking to all her resident in the middle of the day in a 100 degrees weather. Picking up trash and bringing residents trash back up to their homes . I will tell you never ever have I seen a manager in mid day in the heat taking care of the park and residents. I got to speak to Ms. Susan and her commitment of the park and residents wow me. I hope and pray that the company she works for knows what a loyal and caring, and committed manager Ms. Susan is. She is definitely a property manager anyone would love to have. Ms. Susan keep up the good work you will be blessed one day.

I have liv d here for over 3 years and it has been peaceul for my family and I. We have had a few manager and Susan by far is the best manager we have had. I really hope she is the last. She is easy to talk to and gets the job done around the park.

I have had one of the best experience meeting Ms. Susan and the conversation I had with her. She was very knowledgeable about her park and the tenants I had the experience to see her interact with several of the tenants while I was in the office and she amazed me with her respect, caring, and her communication she had with the tenants. I would definitely 💯 let people know this one of the best park to live in. Thank you Ms Susan showing me what a manager should be like for the park and her tenants. What a amazing person you are.

I just want to say that I am so happy that the new company kept Susan the property manager on. I can tell you I have had the very best experience with her and wow what a property manager, I am going to speak on behalf of the park we have had some horrible managers and been treated for a long time really bad. And when Ms. Susan came along, she found out how horrible we were treated, and she has made sure since she took over that we have been her #1 priority and that she has kept her word on everything she has said so far. Ms. Susan has gone way beyond her job to help us here at evergreen Estates. she doesnt half to but she does. we couldnt ask for a better property Manager. Ms. Susan is kind, caring, patient, and she definitely knows how to run a park and know her job very well. So, I hope this new company that took over value and see her potential that she has for this park. It would be a huge loss if Evergreen Estates and us as residents ever loses her. Ms. Susan, we want to shout out to you and say thank you for everything you do for us. We hope and pray that you continue to stay and be our property Manager.

My husband and I moved into Evergreen Estates in July. I can say from start to finish moving here, Ms. Susan has been nothing but amazing. Whatever we needed to be taken care of she got right on it. Ms. Susan has a vision for Evergreen Estates and I love it. Ms. Susan continue to put your best foot forward and thank you for so graciously welcoming my husband and I.

There is a new management at Cimarron Estates now and I had the opportunity to see what kind of manager she was prior to taking over Cimarron. Susan is a very caring person who puts her residents first and cares about her properties. She is always going above and beyond to make sure the property is kept up nice and makes sure ANY PROPERTY she runs looks much better once she takes it over. You will always see improvements once she arrives. I was excited to visit her new place today an I look forward to working with her in the next few weeks to be a new resident at her current site. You will truly enjoy having her as a manager. she communicates and stays on top of things to always make your living experience better then it was before she got there.

Very peaceful place to live. Im blessed with some really nice neighbors. Ms. Barbara is very kind and professional. I love that they have eyes everywhere. Its great to have many residents watching out for each other. Were all expected to keep our property clean and well maintained. They respond very quick when you have a maintenance issue. One draw back is the trains coming through so closely. Theyre noisy but you get used to it fast.

I love living here. No drama, staff is amazing, other people in the park are sweet and stay to themselves. You couldnt ask for a better place to raise your kids. I look forward to being here for years to come. And schools are great! Highly recommend!!!

Older mobile homes with great rental rates. Management is awesome. Rules enforced, friendly neighbors that look out for each other without being in everyones business.
