I have rented from Phillip going on 8 years. I love living in this small community where i know alot of my neighbors, and havent had any issues. Anytime i have a maintenance issue Phillip is very quick to get it taken care of. -

We have rented from Phillip for many years. This is a great little neighborhood to live in. Mildred is a great school. Not many problems with the House, but when we do have a problem Phillip is quick to get it fixed!
