Absolutely an awesome and seamless process working with Kent Booze finding and locating my new Toyota 4Runner Off Road Premium 2019 and even more important get creative to get the price point I wanted per month. A couple details I listed below:- I drove my 2004 Sequoia for 14 years and had 235k miles. The thing survived various battles in GOT!!! It was beyond time for a new vehicle.- Kent knew I wanted to find a Pre-Certified/Used 4Runner specific to my trim level and details I wanted. Turned out he found a brand new 2019 version I was open to speaking about.- Price point at the options he crafted together made much more sense than buying a Pre-Certified for a car that holds it value very highly.- Absolutely easy and seamless process with paperwork, financing details and even picking up the ride while I was in Dallas visiting.- Cannot wait to continue to work with Kent on the next ride. Many moons ago my wife and I bought a vehicle from Smart auto. Their customer service was fantastic and their financing options were great. I decided to find another vehicle and decided to get some rough numbers. Roland Solis is their manager for the auto financing, he took it upon himself, without permission, to run my credit and my wifes credit without consent. I just didnt like the dishonesty. So here I am writing what would have been a great give star review to a one star. I asked Roland for his managers name and number and he never got back to me. I hope someone can assist.Update: 7/7/2019The hard inquiry feel off my credit report. I want to thank Smart Auto leasing and GM, Thomas Montez, for their due diligence on my behalf. They made it right and I hope next time I am in the market they could help me out for sure.

I contacted Smart Auto Leasing online and had a response within a couple of minutes. (the other company got back with me after 2 days). Amanda Grantham was so helpful. She understood my needs, worked with me on the best possible vehicle, got all the paperwork and financials done in a couple hours and Voila - she delivered the car within 36-hours from the time I put in a request. This was my first experience leasing a vehicle. Kent Booze with Smart Auto Leasing was great. He thoroughly explained the process and found me the truck I wanted. I was able to take the equity out of my trade-in and put it in my investment account where it will grow instead of depreciate. The monthly payments are also less than I would pay if I was financing the same truck. I never had to step foot in the dealership. Amanda was wonderful. We put out inquiries at several leasing locations, and Amanda at Smart Auto Leasing got back to us promptly, and kept us informed each step of the way. Other companies we very slow and didnt seem to want our business. We had a problem on my credit report that I didnt know about, but she went to bat for us because I had the documentation to prove it was false, and that my credit was clear! She managed to get us a fabulous vehicle with great terms, low down payment, low monthly payments. She delivered it personally and was just a gem to meet!

I started my journey stuck at a Jaguar dealership with them telling me I couldnt get approved by their bank for financing so I started searching for Leasing companies online and by chance found Kent who was still working at 6:45PM a few days before Christmas.. I gave him my info over the phone and within 15 min or so He got me approved and found me the car I was looking for.. Kent always was available for any questions I had and even drove probably 25 miles to meet me to sign the paperwork so I didnt have to drive all the way to Plano.. Kent delivered my car to me about a month ago and I love it!! I would recommend all my friends to him if they are buying a car.. Great Job!!

Great experience buying a 2017 Jeep GC Overland from Kent. Called about 30 minutes before arrival to confirm the car was still there. Got there and took it for a spin. Was exactly what we were looking for and at an excellent price. The carfax was clean and Kent actually took the time to go through it with us. Would definitely recommend Smart Auto.

I had no idea there were companies that performed this function until I stumbled across Smart Auto Leasing while researching a new vehicle. I had been contemplating the whole lease vs buy thing and Ryan helped explain everything in a sensible way. The best part, though, was never having to set foot in a dealership. Ryan handled everything, including delivering the vehicle to me and picking up my trade-in. Couldnt have been smoother.
