Roy made it happen! We drove 8 hours to get our truck. Thats how easy the process was. And they have great prices on their vehicles! Found the truck at Cecil Atkission Ford at Hondo website, the one we were looking for, at a very good price. Through a phone call, Roy the salesperson and Steve in finance, helped and made the purchase process very easy with minimal negotiation as they heard our requests. The agreement was approved by both sides within 2 hours. And we got on the road to pick up our truck.

Communication from Bailey was top notch and John walked our daughter through every aspect of her new car. I searched literally all over Texas (using the interweb) for the right Mustang for my wife. I went to several dealerships around San Antonio including 1 I have purchased 13 different vehicles from in the last 20 years. All played games and tried to add money on top of the MSRP for items I didnt need or want and refused to sell me a car unless I boight their extras. Not only did Cecil Ford not waste my time or play games they gave me what I thought was a great price for the Mustang and matched our best trade in offer. The follow-up service after the purchase has also been 1st class. All in all if I could give these guys 6 stars I would. They earned my business now and in the future.

We originally got our truck serviced at Northside Ford for the 50,000 mile maintenance and Northside didn’t reconnect our supply line to the fuel filter which ended up leaving us stranded on the side of the highway. We didn’t know what was wrong at the time but we took it to Cecil and they were able to give us a diagnosis and serviced our truck in a timely manner. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and they took the time to explain what was wrong. They even took care of the safety recalls in place. Beyond happy with the service our family received.

I bought new Cooper tires for my truck. I called a couple days ahead of time to order the tires and they said they would be there to get installed on Friday. I show up Friday at 8am (my appointment) and they didnt have the tires. They called around and located the tires but now my truck had to stay there all day waiting for the tires to get delivered. They did a great job installing the tires but when I picked up my truck the tires are supposed to be to 36 psi and I had 2 tires at 41 psi, 1 tire at 35 psi and 1 tire at 38 psi. I had my husband adjust the tire pressure and now the tires are to speck. The staff was nice and friendly and apologized for the issue.

Enroute from the Houston area to Leakey on a Friday afternoon, a front wheel bearing on my Expedition started squealing really loud going through San Antonio. Upon leaving the Hondo Wal-Mart, I noticed the Ford sign and decided I better have it looked at. I pulled into their service department at about 2:45 pm. A mechanic took it for a ride with me and then he put it up up on the rack. After locating the part over the phone, they told me to go kill an hour while a courier went to pick it up the new wheel bearing assembly. We hung out at the Hondo library and then came back at about 4:00 pm. By 4:30 pm, I had paid and was back on the road. They had obviously made it a priority because the service bays were pretty full. Vacation saved! I am posting this almost 2 weeks later, so far so good on fixing the problem.
