This was my very first Apartment in Dallas Area!Arlington (also know as Pantigo)It was so hard for me to leave it! I loved my apartment! Thank God! I didnt have any roaches! My apartment had a new frig, dishwasher and stove. I really liked my neighborhood. Quiet. Pet friendly. Maybe like twice maintenance had to go. They where very quick! Regen is the office manager. She was awesome. I personally was dealing with Lily. She is Assistant manager! This woman always took the time to explain to me my bills. She would be done for the day, locking up! And go back in and take my rent payment! THANK YOU LILY FOR ALWAYS HELPING ME IN ANYWAY POSSIBLE! You guys have a good team! God bless you all.

Responds to work notices promptly and keeps property clean.During the power outage in Feb and the pandemic, i didnt have any complaints about how they handled both. Community is nice. Office communicates changes through the payment portal often.Washer and drier room was renovated and (besides the sort-of over-complicated payment system) works really well and is kept really clean.The only thing keeping this from a 5 star is the central HVAC system, which leaves you without heat in the first few months of winter... and without A/C in the first few months of summer.

Rent prices are suitable for this apartment, and its located in the perfect area of Arlington. Management goes above and beyond to make sure everyone enjoys their stay here at The Carriages. Maintenance is quick to repair emergency work orders. I overall appreciate this community.

About to make almost a year here. To give you the honest truth this place is a little beat up by age however by no means is this not a good place to live. Maintenance is regularly kept up. Rules are bit tight but not a deal breaker. Everyone keeps a eye out for theft. If youre looking for a place to live then check this place out first because the pricing is pretty good here too.

Carriage Hill Apartments is NOT an all bills included property. Resident pays all utilities including Electric, Water, Sewage, Trash, Gas and Pest Control. Positive rental criteria only.

Good for the rent we pay. Major dislike is not having a/c and heat controll. I recommend a portable a/c unit for when they cut the air off. Current manager (Amanda) and maintenance try hard and are very friendly. Haved lived here 2 1/2 yrs now.

I have lived here five years for several reasons: the two bedroom 2 bath apartment is large and spacious with a nice patio on the ground floor, the price is economical, the landscaping crew keeps everything green and cut, the maintenance staff fixes things promptly and the office managers resolve any problems quickly.

The best place in the world! Best place ever! Team members are great, they are the best! The girls in the office know what youre doing, and Maintenance service RoOocksS! The pool, parking lot, garbage containers are always clean. No cockroaches, no loud noise. The people are very nice and there are no problems with the neighborhood. I recommend!!! ♥️♥️♥️
