    NEW AMAZING OWNER and PHENOMENAL NEW MANAGEMENT At Marabella Apartments. They took over late July and things have changed for the better. The entire complex has lighting( Looks like a Stadium), there is surveillance cameras now through out the property!!!The best part in my opinion is that there is the maintenance guys they have there. Work orders get done!!!. Thank you for making the community better all around.

    New management is great they actually do care what the resident think. I love how they are really changing this place around. Ever since new management and manager came on board Ive really love living here. I love how the maintenance keep the property clean and the manager is always outside walking the property making sure everything looks good. The laundry room are awesome I never have to worry about my clothes. All the machines are new and we have an app that lets us know when our clothes is done and what machines are available to use. Im really happy with the new staff.

    Ms Jennifer is amazing. My move in date was March 1st but she told me that I could move in a week early. Victoria is the sweetest and her customer service skills are amazing. She makes me feel at home. The apartments are beautiful and I can’t wait to make this my home

    We are so happy to have finally found a place to call home. This is the first place where we felt welcomed and the office manager Salma has been nothing short of amazing throughout this whole process and it has been a very pleasant experience after all. Its refreshing to have someone in the office that actually care about the residents. We have encountered some very unpleasant experiences throughout our apartment search and now it has turned around. Upon viewing the apartment we were thrilled that its well kept, maintained, and clean. And the best part NO ROACHES!! That in itself is a relief! We are super happy and I would highly recommend this property to all my friends and family. ITS AFFORDABLE, CLEAN. AND HAS A GREAT OFFICE MANAGER!

    Over a year ago I was tricked into moving into a so-called Upgraded one bedroom, by being shown a very nicely renovated apartment. After signing the lease, I was shown to the real deal, which was so far below anything I would choose. I dont have the time or energy to tell all that is so very wrong with these apartments and on too many levels. However, the new management, Haydri is such a beautiful soul, who genuinely does her best to make changes in a consistent and timely manner. She walked into quite a mess, and within one month, she did more than the old administrators did the entire year they were here.

    I have to say that this place has gotten allot better. Ever since the new manager started Haidri everything it’s so much better. Maintenance team is awesome my work orders get done with in 24 hours. Haidri is always walking around the property making sure that everything is good. The security is awesome I see him walking around the property every time I get home at night time.

    Victoria, leasing professional was very helpful and very nice! My husband and I were clueless about how to get our first apartment and she made things easy and simple! She walked us through everything and made sure that we understood everything. She is very professional and very understanding!!!

    Jacquanna is the absolute BEST employee over at Marabella. She goes above and beyond the call of duty for her residence. As a leasing agent she possess all the skills needed to run a successful operation. She handles things promptly and makes sure your needs are meet.

    I been living in this apartments for 3 years now and i do got to say that now is the time for me to put a review. We had different managers all the time, i could not tell you that everytime that i walk in the office i had to repeat my story to different people. But now that Hydri is the manager i can see allot of changes. I have to say i have NEVER in my life in any apartments that i have stayed at seen a manager walk property like she does. Ms. Hydri is always outside walking property making sure everything is looking good. She is not scare at all to tell the people that dont live here to live. I will renew my contract as long as she keeps working here. She has really change this place around.

    Best affordable apartments Ive ever lived in. Move in process was a breeze, clean, quiet, family friendly. Everything less then 5 mins away.The management is the best part about these apartments! They are super friendly and do everything to make sure your happy in your home. Jenifer and Salma are the best.

    I love my changed apartments and having the new staff and mgmt and owners that care listen and are on point and can relate to you but most of all are understanding yet take no crudd. They are reliable and friendly and no matter what they listen to you aswell. I love the work they do and the improvements done with staff and communication and most of all pest control there is no bed bugs no roaches or rodents and i have been here for 6 yrs now. I have seen owners staff and mgmt come and go fast and i am so glad to have good mgmt and armed security onsite 24/7 and cameras up and us getting gates up around our property. It really does make us feel at home and ease with the new improved improvements aswell as upgrades. Plus they really do listen to their residents and the property is clean and finally quiet. I love mgmt jennifer and victoria yall do a great job. Keep up the good work. Sincerly satisfied resident, samantha

    The ONLY thing I like about these apts is the apt manager and my neighbors..BUT-We have NO MAINTENANCE-We have NO LAUNDRY-The homeless ppl from off the street think these apts are a good place to sleep at night( they be under the stairs or sitting on the stairs doing drugs then get mad if you say something)

    I Love The Staff Here And They Are Changing Things For The Better.The only thing that sucks? Nothing Really. But theres always unwanted traffic coming and going in the middle of the night. But all in all management is doing alot to change tge complex friendly people to.

    My living at the Marabella Place is great when I first came to apply for the apartment the manger she was very generous and kind she really made me felt very comfortable and welcome the whole time I have been living here I always seen security on site and its always quiet throughout the night I have wonderful neighbors and they maintenance is always on time Im just loving my new place

    I have lived here for almost 2yrs now and I have to say that the new management is awesome!.Our new manager Haydri is Amazing she has really changed this property for the better and has worked her butt off to keep everything running smoothly and everyone on the property happy!.She really goes above and beyond to help Its so refreshing to finally have someone in the office who actually cares about the residents the property and our concerns!.

    So we have been officially moved in 3 weeks now and have to say for the price and all bills paid this location is the place to be for all familes or single people on a budget the property is going to be updated on the out side per management how ever alot of there units have been upgraded with all black appliances ceiling fans and hard wood or laminated flooring which makes it a easy clean up they have a wonderful management team the young lady in the office is who you want to hanndle your walk threw and your paper work very kind and helpful the property is underway on being cleaned up from the old tennats and has secruity on the property were you can fill safe and not have to worry about any funny business so if your looking fore a place to call home temporary or perment i recommend Marabella Apartments
