    Wonderful wonderful company! Highly recommend! Our AC unit went out yesterday morning. My mother in law recommended them, as she had such a great experience with them. zip air got us a quote right away and were here first thing this morning to install the new units. Very professional and high quality work! Not to mention they beat every other quote in town, and moved the location of the unit to make more efficient and installed our new Amazon smart thermostat. We will be lifelong customers! We can’t thank you enough!

    Zip Air is the Best! They came out initially for a PM on our A/C and to give us a quote and suggestions for improving the air flow to our bedroom. Lyle came out and inspected the unit as well as looking for solutions for our air flow. He recommended adding another duct to the room and also getting a smart thermostat with a sensor that would regulate the thermostat.The price for the duct work was extremely reasonable, so we went ahead and scheduled the job. I bought the recommended thermostat and asked for a price for installing that. That price was later reduced since the crew was already there doing the work. I dont remember the names of the men who did the duct work but they were efficient, professional and friendly.All 3 of the employees I met were very helpful and answered questions willingly and completely.Zip Air has earned our future business.

    I called Zip Air along with a few other companies to do a total AC replacement including ducts in my home. The guys at Zip were extremely professional taking their time to look over everything and talk through my needs. They suggested multiple options for me and explained what the pros and cons of each are. Their pricing was great and what made me choose them over others was the fact that they didn’t just come in and make their own assumptions of what I needed. They asked where the hot and cold spots are in the house, explained what was causing it, and checked things like insulation in the attic. Once they were onsite to do the work, the crew was awesome. The guys were all super friendly and would ask me any time they had a question about where I wanted a vent placed etc. Anyway, I had a great experience as you can tell here and recommend them highly.     I needed to have my condenser moved a few feet to the left to accommodate some new construction we are planning to do on our house. I called Zip Air and told them that I was leaving town in 4 days and Id like to have it down before I left so we could get started on construction as soon as we could upon my return. Zip sent out a technician to evaluate Monday, we talked through the proposal on Tuesday, and the techs came out and did the job Thursday.There was one simple wire reconnect they forgot to do before they left, and that issue showed up after normal business hours. I called Zip and they had someone there to repair it in under an hour.Start to finish, it was a quick, clear, effective experience. I will definitely be calling them for work in the future.

    Joe, Martín, plus another gentleman whose name we didn’t happen to catch, did an amazing job removing and installing our new system. They did the job not only efficiently, but also thoroughly. They made sure to take the time and explain important things to know about our new system, as well as throughly clean up any debris left after installation.Zipair was able to come out the very next day after I called about moving forward with them on a new system. This is a company I would definitely recommend, and one you can trust!

    I think the hallmark of a good business is their ability to empathize with their customer’s situations, and I’ve really come to appreciate a good business who works with people when they have concerns and questions. We got a new HVAC unit through Zip that ended up having a manufacturing defect past an initial warranty period. While Zip could have easily followed a black and white policy and extended several costs onto me (as is prob an industry norm), they chose to see it as a gray area and give me the benefit of the doubt. Extremely kind and reasonable people there I got to deal with. Their response was fast with awesome communication, and overall I have nothing but good things to say about the experience. While they didn’t manufacture the product, they chose to represent it well, control what they could control, and ultimately turn a frustrating experience into something I can look back on with appreciation for a good business. Thanks Zip! I would recommend you on principle alone.

    My AC was down, a local AC repair company was going to charge me $400 to replace the capacitor. This house previous owner told me about zip air. They were timely, did a good job for a fair price! They are my go to guys!

    I have used this company before this establishment is very professional very engaging with the home owners , The worker made myself as well as my husband very comfortable with his presence! He made very sure that we understood what was going on as well as what could be done ! He was very polite , worked very swiftly, and THE PROBLEM WAS DEFINITELY RESOLVED DURING HIS VISIT!! after his work order was completed he still waited to make sure that our ac unit was working very properly. The receptionist by the name of Laili , has excellent customer service she is amazing and also very willing to help ! We are very thankful!! 10/10 WE RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS FOR ALL OF YOUR HEATING/AIR CONDITIONING NEEDS!!!

    I needed air on a Saturday. The fellow came out AND he brought the new motor to replace what was broken. He brought it as a guess that it would be the problem. He saved the day. He didnt have to go back to the shop for it. YEAH!!
