He did a thorough inspection of our inside and outside units and increased productivity of our AC. Got here first thing in the morning to fix the problem. You guys are awesome! Thank you!12/22025Add another situation and another opportunity for them to shine bright! I had problems with the thermostat malfunctioning. Mr Tijerina was awesome at diagnosing. He was able to get it going and installed our new uv light to keep us healthy this allergy season.     A friend referred me to Yeti and Im so happy they did! They showed up earlier than anticipated and were very thorough. Loved that there was NO HARD SELL for other goods and services.     Yeti was extremely professional. From the time our Tech Dorian came out and gave us an extensive overview of what he had found with photos, to scheduling service, and having the ductwork cleaned and some ducts replaced everything was handled in a top tier manner. The techs wore shoe covers, laid out floor covers, laid plastic over areas under vents, and made sure everything was as clean as before they came. Ducts smell and blow better. Great service, would definitely recommend.

    I have been around a long time and I have never seen a crew work together as well as these guys did. They were so efficient and friendly. I felt like I had known them for years. They cleaned my dryer vent and got so much gunk out. They showed me all the build up on their camera before they started cleaning it. They also did a tune up on my unit and found a leak I didnt even realize I had but was causing a lot of water damage. I will be using Yeti from now and am now a Yeti club member.

    My central system was continuously saying on trying to cool or heat my home. My light bill was always really highly.I called a few HVAC companies that I heard about on the radio. All had really high bids and told me my only option was a complete new install. Right way I was givin finance options in the range of $11,000 to $15,000. I called yeti home services that I heard about from a friend. What I noticed different, I was givin options on how to fix my central unit. I was told I had a leak in the coils. The coils could be replaced but they no longer make the freon for my unit. I could only get whats in circulation. At some point I would have to upgrade. But the option was mine to make. Yeti could fix my unit at a price I could afford. I asked about a new change out and how much it would cost. For the system that runs on the safer and newer freon. And was quoted a lot less than the other HVAC companies had given use. I was told I could get a new condenser and air handler, energy efficient, professionally installed, with warranty for half the price other companies were quoting me. My wife and I thought this was amazing. Unfortunately even with the great price we were still a little short on the money. When I told Eddie the HVAC manager with yeti. He told me we can finance the amount. My wife and I were so happy to hear this because we got a really great price and got it financed. Today we have a brand new central system that works right on point. Our light bill is so much lower it actually almost pays for the new central system. We had a great experience working with yeti and will continue to use there services for years to come. Big thanks to Eddie and Manny for working with my little family on this project.
