I had a problem he hadnt seen before. The fan came off of my AC unit. He asked for a picture of the AC unit label, which I sent him, and the next day he had the part needed to fix it. He was going to have one of his employees fix it, but something came up, so he ended up doing it himself.He never tried to upsell me anything, and if I have any issues again, hell be my first call! -

I wish I could give them 100 stars. VERY honest with high integrity. I have already recommended them to everyone I could. Wonderful people from the the owners to the installers.
