Daryl with Will-Fix-It came out this morning and did our summer AC service. He is 100% professional, competent, and courteous. He was so thorough. Daryl checked the outside unit, the attic unit, the returns and both thermostats. He could not have done a better job. Now we have an awesome watersoftenig system that they just installed in June 2024. They continue to provide excellent service and products. Marcos just completed the winter heater service. He did an awesome job.

I am so glad I called Will fix it. It was so easy to schedule, their prices were great. They were prompt and the technician (Ramon) was outstanding both in his service and in the conversational way he approached explaining what he did and what needed to be done. Maybe Ive had bad luck but in my prior experience the plumbers were always so pushy suggesting things that needed to be done but this was not the case at all. I highly recommend will fix it for your plumbing needs.

Wed had a plumbing issue for a while, Will Fix It had came out before to address some issues and have us an estimate. We already knew who we were going with to fix our pipes. They started the job right before Christmas and the job was finished, inspection and all, before the third week in January. Everyone who came to the house was respectful of us and our property. I loved that they didnt leave a mess or disrupt our day to day activists, which is important since I work from home. Thank you so much for the great communication and contacting us before coming by. I want to share that my installation by Ivan and Mario went very well. They answered all my question and were very polite.I would also like to say that Cindy with quality assurance, was extremely helpful. After having called 3 days in a row and being told that someone would call me back in 10 minutes, which never happened. I finally asked for a manager or supervisor and was put through to Cindy, whom was very understanding of my situation. She sent me a text message with her phone number and email. She said she would look into the situation and call me back. She did! She was extremely helpful and now I’m feeling like my issues are going to get resolved real soon.

He noticed there were things that didnt need to be done because they (pipes) were already were in place. Dustin informed me and gave me the option to move forward or redirect. HONESTY was the Best thing he did. I would recommend WILL FIX IT to anyone with plumbing issues or upgrades

I had a clogged drain line on A/C that I couldnt clear. I called Will Fix It (WFI). The person on the phone said it would be covered by a maintenance call for ~$99.I expressed skepticism because I thought it might be a tough clog. He assured me that it would be covered by the cost of a maintenance visit even if it was difficult to clear. But when the plumber arrived, he quoted me a price of around $400. I said I couldnt do that, and I told him they quoted me $99, and I said I would just pay the relatively small cost for his visit.He was apologetic and he lowered it to around $200-250 (I think) and said hed do a full check-up too. I said okay. (It took him about 30 seconds to clear the clog, by the way.) I called them later and gently/kindly let them know about my dissatisfaction with the misquote.Later, they called and offered me a free annual maintenance check program (or something) for my trouble.As promised they sent out a person to check on the system (just today). Of course they suggest expensive options, but there was no charge for the visit.So, not bad. Perhaps a genuine mistake and they tried to make good.

Gene was amazing! I am 8 and a half month pregnant and he really went above and beyond to get power back to our house after losing power to our kitchen appliances and pump house! Went to bat for us with the electric company to get it done same day. Very professional and explained everything to me and my husband that was going on. He also gave us some tips to keep the sub panel well maintained. Can’t recommend him and Will Fix It enough. I will say the price was more than we were expecting but he broke down the cost, the work is warrantied, and I don’t have to stress about not having power to the crucial things during next weeks freeze. Always remember you get what you pay for! It was worth every penny!

I had been struggling with this issue for months, replacing the spout multiple times and getting quotes ranging from $500 to $1,000. Jesse came in, thoroughly inspected the problem, and even mentioned we might have to cut the tile due to the leak coming from the back of the wall. However, instead of jumping straight to an expensive fix, he tried a simple solution first.His advice was invaluable—he explained the issue was with the spouts I had been buying from big box stores. He even provided a spout for me (free of charge!) and didn’t charge me a penny for his time. We had a portion of our electricity go out. We could not fix it and had to call the electrician. They provided a same day appointment. They called and were available an hour sooner than they said which was wonderful. Eugene arrived and was very professional and quick. A repair was needed on our outside box. He had to go get the part required but the job was completed in less than two hours. The cost was very reasonable. I would call them again if needed. Highly recommend!

I had a new security system company install a smart thermostat but it was not installed properly. I called Will fix it because of all the good reviews. Communication from scheduling the appointment to my Technician Tyler was excellent. I felt peace of mind when he was thoroughly checking the issue with the smart thermostat and hvac system. It turned out the smart thermostat just had to have the power settings corrected. He also checked the vents, and ducts in the attic. He didn’t leave till we were sure the system was working properly.

Darryl from WillFixIt was wonderful to work with! No one wants to fix their AC, especially not 1 month before Christmas in this economy. But with an obscenely warm winter, a child and multiple animals, house temperature is incredibly important. Called 5 times to have water pressure adjusted, received one call back only to be told they would not be able to come out . All other calls and appointments were left unanswered. Appointments were made Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. No response .Update:Water pressure has been restored . I must say I share part of the blame for the slow response by not having my phone properly set up to receive incoming calls .A big thank you to Cynthia Arguilles for resolving the issue .I give Will fix it a 5 star rating

Today was a great day for me with Will -Fix-it. Got to talk to 2 people in person and was able to get my issue resolved. Excellent repair service but customer service process still needs some work. Call center rerouting you does not work because you just get dropped and no one ever calls you back. That was very frustrating to say the least. Bill came in and saved the day had me up and running in less than an hour.

My first thought is WOW! I am so impressed with Alex, John, and Bobby. Our family is going through a loss and during this time the plumbing decided to act up. I’m having major plumbing work done to pipes installed in the 1930’s and they have lifted a huge weight off my shoulders - the morning started off with water coming up through my bathroom floor - by 2:00 they fixed some major issues and left a clean shiny bathroom. The cost for everything to be fixed for the four-plex is $40,000. I wouldn’t have any other company do the work.

I had a problem with the hot water connection for a washing machine during the installation. The installation team was unable to complete the installation but said they could come back if the repair was completed quickly. They said that they could have someone come out within 45 minutes to do the repair. They actually showed up sooner than that. Took one look at the repair, gave me an estimate that I agreed to and then within 20 more minutes the repair had been completed. Im a DIYer and I purchased a new capacitor and condenser fan ,but when it didnt work I called will fix it. I got Tomas BasmagiBotero as my tech. They charged me $99 to point out I forgot to plug one wire in and that my electrical disconnect needed to be replaced. So I spent another $35 a home depot like the tech said and my system is alive. Im glad they provide very affordable diagnostics for us DIYers.Additionally, Im glad they have technicians that can actually troubleshoot rather than only suggesting replacing the whole system. Give them all a pay raise!!! I cant rave enough about my experience with Will Fix It. If you need a total HVAC system or just need a repairs call Will Fix It. Ask for Justin (my sales representative), Daniel and Alex ( my HVAC installation professionals) they have my gratitude and appreciation for all their hard work and making sure the job was done right. They all impressed me so much with their dedication and professionalism. My family is indebted to all of them and I can honestly say they will be the reason that I call Will Fix It first whenever I need something looked at or repaired. I will not only be telling my friends to use this company I will also be telling them to request all three of them for the service call because they get it done right. Our system went out while we were on vacation during this heat wave. I ended up getting 4 quotes and they were all pretty much in the same ball park. I went with Justin because he was able to answer my questions fully and didnt mind all of the questions that my wife and I had. The installation had a few hiccups but my HVAC team solved them all quickly and efficiently. We ended up going with a Lennox and so far we are happy with it. They even got us a portable unit to keep my dogs comfortable while we were waiting for our new system to arrive. I cant rave enough about them or the company that employs them.
