I won a complimentary tune-up in a teacher giveaway. The communication leading up to the tune-up from Mandy B. was amazing and very thorough letting me know exactly what to expect. Addison G was the tech that was sent out, and he took about 1-1.5 hours to check everything, and then told us his findings and suggestions. Depending upon their costs of the recommended repairs, we will most definitely strongly consider using them to complete them. Again, the customer service and communication have been PHENOMENAL.We ended up doing the repair that required more immediate attention and plan to do the other one later because it isnt as necessary until it gets colder. Once again the customer service from everyone was impeccable.

We have been having ac issues for a couple of months. We were referred to this company. They did an awesome job on fixing our issue. I spoke with a lady named Mandy! She is so sweet and professional. She helped us out as soon as she could. The call was placed and with in days they were here to help! Also the person who came out named Dave and his partner was awesome as well. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it right away. I recommend them! Awesome people awesome service!

Their technician Addison came out today to give my HVAC system a tune up, and he was amazing. He was very thorough and communicated with me through the entire service. I called Wheeler home services in search for a second opinion for our broken AC. Mandy was very personable on the phone and set up an appointment the same day. Dale and Addison were very thorough on diagnosing the problem with our AC and talked over our options. We opted to get a new unit since ours was quite old (2004). They set us up with a portable AC free of charge until they could replace the unit. Highly recommend this company to anyone in need of AC repair.

Dale Wheeler of Wheeler Home Services is fantastic. He is very friendly as well as being the upmost professional. Mandy is also very nice and good to talk too. She kept us informed on our project and made sure we knew what was happening. Dale replaced a 24 year old heat pump with a new Goodman ac and gas furnace. His work is impeccable. He completed the work in the time he told us he would. His pricing is extremely competitive. If you are in need of help with an ac or heater issue, Dale is the man to call. We are proud to recommend him and will be using him again in the future for our needs.

Got the new customer pre-summer tune up; 50+ point inspection. Dale Wheeler was incredibly kind and personable.He found a couple minor issues with my HVAC system, one that I was already aware of and one that I wasnt, and let me know how I could fix them and whether or not theyre immediate concerns. Never once tried to pressure me into getting any other work done.It was too cold outside to check my freon levels so he offered to come by the very next time he had an opening, free of charge.Can definitively say I founr my forever HVAC guy.Thank you Dale!

Dale has been servicing our HVAC systems for 5 years. He knows our home better than we do, and is the kind of guy who cares for it like it’s his own. He’s constantly finding ways to improve efficiency, reduce maintenance and has an incredibly keen eye for making sure every detail is seen to. Today he found a roof vent that was askance and fixed it before he left to ensure water didn’t get inside. Not his job, but part of the careful service he provides. At our house, he has been in charge of a new system install, major repairs on older systems, new ducting and insulation after a rat infestation, as well as bi-annual maintenance of 3 large and two mini split systems. I’ve never trusted a service as much as I do his.

I called Wheeler Home Services on one of the hottest days this summer. I was surprised when a young lady answered the phone politely and was very knowledgeable in helping me get Dale out to my home. While expecting to have to wait a few days, she was able to send him by the end of the day. She explained what to expect so there were no surprises once he arrived. He fixed my ac in just over an hour, making me very happy. He also did a complementary safety check on my water heater and found something that could have cost a lot down the road if it wasnt addressed soon. Remembering the lady on the phone told me they are a family owned and operated company, I decided to join their maintenance plan to save money in the future. In Texas, having an A/C guy isn’t optional. If you don’t have one, you are playing with fire. Finding good, honest ones who are timely and go above and beyond in both the quality of their work as well as their customer relationships…that doesn’t happen everyday. And that’s what you get with Dale. He recently replaced our entire system and we couldn’t be happier. We gladly signed up for a yearly service contract because I have immense faith that Wheeler will keep our unit healthy and happy (and help us prevent the need to replace it again any time soon.)
